I was really looking forward to my stay here based on the photos and description, but unfortunately it was a big letdown. The building itself is quite old and definitely in need of renovation — peeling paint, worn carpets, and an overall dated feel. When I got to my room, the bed linens didn’t look clean and still had visible stains, which made it hard to feel comfortable.
What bothered me most was that the listing mentioned there was a gym, which was one of the main reasons I booked this place. When I asked about it at the front desk, they said there actually isn’t one at all. That kind of false advertising is really frustrating.
Overall, the hotel looked nothing like the pictures online and didn’t live up to expectations. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it unless some serious improvements are made.

This is a real Best Buy offer hotel!
Excellent location, very polite staff and managers as well;
- excellent food (breakfast and dinner) - hard not to fill your plates full when you see the complete offer of meals, salads,..
- very spacious rooms - you can rarely find so big rooms and balconies nowdays, plus enough furniture so you can place all your stuff
- very big pool surrounded by sun beds and sun umbrellas - you can always find a free spot around the pool
- very interesting and convenient concept of hallways: open hallways (as a balcony - no windows) allow excellent air circulation through the hotel, so it is always pleasant, never hot
The only two things that need attention are:
- only one lift in the hotel which is not enough, plus the lift is very slow
- hotel management should consider partial bathrooms reconstruction (old faucets, old towel holders...)
But, overall - I strongly recommend this hotel.

My name is Yaneta Dimitrova from Bulgaria. This is my second time in this hotel and I am very, very satisfied. Quiet place, close to the beach (less than 100 meters), spacious and clean rooms, large terraces. And the food - always on the level. Delicious traditional dishes. Excellent location 2 minutes walk from the wonderful beach very big room with amazing banoramic sea view the bed is comfortable nice swimming pool and garden Excellent breakfast and nice dinner good value for money the stuff is very friendly Special thanks for GULCAN for her kindly help

Fabulous hotel, location 5 mins from beach, beautiful swimming pool and terraces. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast and food excellent. Rooms very spacious and beds very comfortable. Would stay here again.

I stayed here for a week in Sept. The room wasn't particularly clean. One of the beds seemed to have crumbs in it and the floor had what felt like sand particles on it.
When I asked for 2 x cups to make a cup of tea in my room the staff member was very reluctant to give them to me but then agreed. He picked up 2 x dirty cups he had in the sink and rinsed them in a bucket of water on the floor.
Our room was beside the cleaning ladies room and they sat there most mornings from 7am having full blown conversations. The hotel needs a good makeover!
The hotel was cheap and in a good location but we won't be returning.

It's the location that makes this place wonderful.. hardly two mins walk down to ladies beach and shops.. but outside the main city but you can spend quality time .. pool is decent and clean.. you can watch the sun raise and sunset from the hotel terrace each day.. it's amazing..

The hotel is so close to the sea with good public transportation accessibility, Executives, workers and staff were nice people.
As a negative point the AC in the room wasn't enough to cool the room in extremely hot and high humidity place like there.

- The roms are old and not maintained, the furniture is old, everything metal in the room was very rusty. Everything metal in the bathroom was full od rust, as was the shower hose. We asked them to change our hose so that our little child would't get hurt on it, but they just sanded it and put the old one back, for few days was be the same. The cleaners didn't clean the bathroom the whole week we were there, they only nade the beds
