We had a wonderful time at this resort. The rooms and amenities were beautiful. The gym is full featured, the pools and beach were sparking clean, and the buffet provided plenty of options. Emir leads guest relations and he ensures he is accessible to all guests anytime via WhatsApp. We had a small issue with the A/C in our room when we arrived. Within minutes of us letting Emir know, it was resolved! Finally, we were pleasantly surprised by the ease of access to taxis and proximity to town. Taxis are just a couple of minutes away from the resort so you just tell folks on the lobby you need a taxi and it will be there before you know it!

The grounds and views of this hotel are stunning. Great location only a short 5 minute drive to bodrum town. Would definitely recommend and would come back to this hotel.

Room 3402 was excellent. Big room with sea view. All staff here are amazing and friendly. Breakfast great especially Ergin the breakfast manager. Beautiful beach and beds . Top gym and spa area. Definitely stay again . Reception staff are very helpful and friendly.

A great resort with everything you need to relax in Bodrum and only a short cab ride away to the main town.

Great hotel. Great location and has access to sandy beach in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was good. Rooms are big, Nice big bathroom.

Me and my partner stayed here last summer and I’m finally sitting down to make a review about this place. Even after a year, it still feels like a dream. This was hands down the best hotel that we ever stayed in. The ambience, vibe, service, comfort level, food etc everything was top notch. It made us feel really exclusive.

We stayed at a different hotel this resort and it even made Kaya palazzo stand out more.

I think one of the reasons why place like this becomes such welcoming and relaxing is that the staff and employees, they were all really professional and available for you when you needed help. Shout out to manager Serhat who was always very kind and professional. Also shout out to Umut for always being so professional at the restaurant and helping us with different options. Lastly, Pedro at the bar had such a friendly energy and always made us feel welcomed.

Food here was amazing. They had so many different options and everything was DELICIOUS. Dessert was also great. I was looking forward to breakfasts every morning.

The only thing I noticed is that ordering drinks and food at the beach are extra fee and I was hoping that wouldn’t be the case and even though the restaurant is next to the beach, you cannot bring anything from the restaurant. It would have been nicer if ordering food/drink at the beach was also included in the package.

Regardless, staying here was a delightful experience. I still have amazing things to say about this place even after a year. I cannot wait to go to this place again, even though the price was slightly out of budget for us, I think it was worth for every penny. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel with stunning views. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The full board option provided 3 meals a day with some non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks as part of the package. The gym is probably the best I’ve seen in a hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A couple of downsides, location just outside Gumbet isn’t great if you are looking for something more exclusive. Food and drink outside the buffet is very expensive and for us was prohibitive, 2 small local beers by the pool were £22. Also even though the spa is lovely the cost of treatments are again too expensive. If you enjoy hotel life then think it’s great, if you like a bit of variety then Bodrum city is a short taxi way with lots of restaurant choices.

This is a real 5-star luxury hotel. Many thanks to the hotel staff for our stay. I travel a lot around the world, and this hotel is the No. 1 in terms of hospitality, service, and caring for guests. Wherever we were - on the beach, by the pool, in the restaurant, in the room, we felt like special guests. The staff provided us with maximum comfort and a great rest, helped us in all matters. We were also delighted with the cuisine in the hotel's restaurant, spacious and clean rooms, excellent cleaning, and plenty of free sun beds on the beach and by the pool. The hotel has its own sandy beach, lots of greenery on the coastline, several areas with sun beds for comfortable accommodation, and a separate lounge area. And there is even a special path for swimmers along the entire coast. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we will come back again!
