Milenyum Residence in Bodrum

I stayed with my family for 4 nights (had elderly parents and 2 kids)
Overall the property looks good and clean, the rooms were very clean and when we entered it was good to look at.
Location: Good for beach / bars / restaurant access.
Noise till late from nearby clubs and bars.

Issues:
- Due to elderly parents / kids requested ground floor they advised did not have available.
- I found the hosts rude.
- Toilet seat / shower was broken, even though reported was not fixed.
- When we asked for anything they said to buy from the stores (sugar / dishwasher tablets etc)
- Even though they had cleaners available and we were staying for 4 days they wanted to charge for cleaning service (300 TKL)
- One day could not move the car, due to other guests / owners parked in a mess. So had to take taxi.
- Every time they saw us going out they asked if we were check in out.

Overall was not a pleasant experience, I would avoid it next time even if it is free. Do not feel value for money.

Im not sure how this place got high rates! Very dirty apartment, bedsheet, kitchen. Insects are there too on the kitchen counter and the bed. The bathroom is super dirty and the shower too! We slept 1 night and couldnt sleep as the AC wasnt cooling and was making loud noise. We decided to leave even though they promised to clean the room or change it but its was too late for a hotel to be mistreated this way u will not expect for another room to be better. They didn’t refund the amount even though we showed them the images and videos. The fact that we left without the refund shows how disgusting this place is. Images attached for reference.
