I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless and cozy. The location is perfect — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing

Rooms are very well kept, and the beds are firm and comfy. Views amazing! Didn't use the tv. A/C was good but could be cooler (it was 35°c every day). Grounds are stunning and clean. The main pool is really good

We had a wonderful mini holiday at Selectum Colours. The hotel offers so much- gym, pools, beach, water slides, water sports, play park, games room. The kids club wasn't great but I think it was low season

Got down there a few mornings about half 8, and it was so nice and quiet. Very crowded, after 10am struggled to get a bed and umbrella, but there is a relax pool, which was half empty

Would bring us drinks as soon as he saw it getting low without being asked. We used the italian for our a`la carte meal, food was lovely, and the staff was very attentive. Turkish reasturant we had for lunch a few days

The restaurant served a great variety of delicious meals with something for everyone. At the reception, we were always greeted with a warm smile and helpful service, which made our stay even more comfortable

The bartenders Mustafa and Eyub are very polite and always smiling and makes the best cocktails! I will definitely come back again

We stayed for 5 nights and 6 days and were generally very pleased. The pools, water park, sea, dining areas, and performance stage were all right on the beach, and everything was in one place

The pool is quite big but it is a problem to find enough sunbeds, it is probably necessary to go earlier

Everything is very close to each other and there is almost no such thing as waiting in line for food, the pool or the seaside

The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making me feel comfortable right away. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the convenient location, which made exploring the city so easy

Lovely experience We actually moved to this hotel from a different resort which we didn't like

One downside was that our room was the furthest away from the reception & restaurant & took us 8 minutes to walk there, via many steps (97) & very steep slopes. Very tiring at the end of the day to walk back to our room

All guest relation staff & reception staff are also very friendly & always happy to help. The food is amazing, ready made sandwiches at lunch, chef's signature dishes, so much choice & all cooked to perfection

More lights would have been handy along some of the pathways & steps. Brighter lights in the room & more storage would have made the accommodate more superior than it was

We booked 2 rooms and had a great time. Mohammed from reception and Aysa from guest relations were very helpful. The resort is hilly, so less suitable for people with mobility issues - the lifts tend to get busy

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from my room was breathtaking

The resort is on a very large scale so do bear in mind that this part of Turkey is very hilly, so your calves will get a good workout for sure 😋 All inclusive means you get all the cheap local alcohol and drink sizes are small, so I was up and down to the bar every five minutes!! Service is hit and miss where some staff are really good, but some are just plain bloody rude and have no manners whatsoever

There is a lot of cold buffet food and thank god there was a BBQ grill outside!! The entertainment was just awful if I’m honest and one night I wanted to hang myself!! I definitely will not be returning here and Turkey is off the holiday list for me now

The hotel is dated, family deluxe room was very tired, especially the bathroom. The floor in the master bedroom was squeaking and massive water stains on the living room ceiling

The shower at the pool has no hot water and spreads only cold water

What can we say apart from amazing !!! Anne the Manager and Derrin the night manager were superb. Nothing was too much trouble if you had a problem. We had the same cleaner and she was so helpful

Really nice hotel food was ok but same food every day. Kids enjoyed the pools the best part of the holiday was food and drink at the terrace

Rooms were quite small but always cleaned. The restaurant staff, bar staff and Animation team were out of this world. The onsite photographer took stunning pictures and the price was fantastic

Amazing 10 days at the jasmin Beach Hotel. Staff was out of this world went above and beyond nothing was to much for them. Hotel was clean food was very good alot to choose from on the all inclusive side of it

You go down the stairs of the pier and the water is waist-deep. For those who like depth and swimming, this is not your hotel

Staff very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The overnight staff at the front desk and restaurant had an incredible sense of service and customer support

It was cleaned daily, and the towels were changed every day. And the view… Oh, that view! I could spend hours just enjoying it. The food was good, with a wide variety to choose from

The property was sad, bathroom stank of backflow, many parts of the property were broken. The defense from the staff was that it was low season (winter) but if low season is like that I wonder how bad summer will be

The food at the hotel was very good and there were many types of cold and hot meals. The alcohols were really nice. There were no daytime activities at the hotel except for water polo and a silly dart game in the pool

However, there was only one type of fresh meal available each day. I also want to mention that the staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Tarık, Baruş, and Eren—they were outstanding and deserve a round of applause!

Firstly did not receive the standard pool/garden view room that we had paid for but one of the promo rooms I had read about and wanted to avoid as no view and very small. Also air con never worked properly for our stay

The staff are great and do a fantastic job with all the guests. The bar only serve a limited drink section with more of their spirits are un branded drinks. The swimming pool and slide get very busy at times

I would be nervous about returning as room and its location were terrible and I really hated the struggle to get a sun lounger by any of the three pools and it’s such a shame really as the hotel itself and location in the centre of Gumbet are lovely

The location is wonderful and we loved the Cozzy pool but as others have said it is crazy having to get up before 7am to get a sun lounger! Everyone was friendly and plenty of food and drink choice

- 3 different pools to go in and also right close to the beach. -Drinks were very good and the efes on draught was spot on. -Location of this hotel is superb and close to practically everything in Gumbet

The sea is gorgeous and our room was spotless every day. We ate at the restaurants several times - Chef Mr Murat is seriously talented. His sea bream, lobster spaghetti, tiramisu and white chocolate soup were incredible

Furthermore, the bar / service on the Sundeck should be open for operation, it deserves more attention. Having waiters travel to the pool bar to serve drinks at the Sundeck is neither sustainable nor efficient

You can tell all the recipes are carefully selected and thoughtfully prepared. The staff made our holiday though. Mr Tekin and others (Tayfur, Esma, Akin, Mutlu) in the restaurants were absolutely lovely

2025 - 4 stars: Quite different from last year, and unfortunately much less enjoyable. All the chefs and head waitresses at the restaurants have changed

Our reservation process was seamless, thanks to Pinar Arslan, the reservation manager. Sude Nur, the breakfast coordinator, was always cheerful with her enchanting smile and made sure our mornings started off perfectly

The room looked ok, beds were not comfortable. The aircon was too loud to sleep with so we had to turn it on/off and didn’t get a good nights sleep at all. The bathroom was nice, shower was lovely

The balcony of sea view room was nice. Food at the restaurant was ok, the variety was ok, taste was ok. I think if we were adults only, we would enjoy this hotel more, with kids not much to do

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights spontaneously. We knew the location and the bay it was on hence made the choice. At the entrance it was advertised as ultra all inclusive

I think it was a bit overpriced based on what it offered. Overall a lovely stay, however I believe value for money could be better

Came here only for the spa and I have never had such a pleasant hour of relaxation (in my life!!!). Murti and Dewi are absolute angels with godlike hands, the most patience and kindest personalities

The prices are moderate. Mostly local people. Sometimes can't offer a clean room. Not enough staff. Your beach at the hotel there. But there is a pool.

The location is not the best one, but that's not a big problem. The food was/is delicious, you can eat 3 times on a day. Many sweets,tea,cofe,eggs, potato, honey, cornflakes, sausage and more

The swimming pool is cool but also cold at morning

The pools are suitable for everyone kids and adults. The only downside is that it’s not really a 5 star hotel- more likely 4 stars maximum

The location of the hotel is very convenient, 5min walking to the markets and yet very peaceful. The food is very varied, open all day long. The rooms are okay, nothing special

I am surprised how this place is rated 5 stars, upon arrival I got disappointed, the hotel interior design was really basic the rooms and furniture were very old, the bathroom didn’t have ventilation, the sink was broken and the toilet didn’t even flush! the wifi connection is terrible and I got really exhausted in my 1 week stay in here trying to connect to the internet

Sea is clear, first time Turkish sea is clear. Animation team is so kind and respectful. We just sleep at hotel, all day at beach. Internet is so bad, and this food isn't for me. Food variety can be increased

Very nice hotel with many attractions and large swimming pool. Very good All Inclusive. Also it has its own beach with sand what is not so obvious near Gumbet

It's like a small city with beautiful premises, shops, gorgeous lobby with live piano music and delicious Turkish tea in tulip glasses! Food is amazing - so tasty and something new each day! We are grateful for all the people working there for making our stay so unforgettable

It's been an amazing stay for us here at the end of May 2021. We really like this hotel: all the amenities, the beautiful and clean territory. All the staff was so helpful and pleasant

Sadly, we were unable to experience the two different restaurants, because the amount of reservations is very limited and you can't make reservations in advance. You can only do the reservation on the same day

IPool is nice and you get nice drinks and coctials and stuff working there is really pleasant. It's just that room should be advertised and priced accordingly to what you get. Food breakfast dinner supper is perfect

I stayed in the Superior Room Sea View in the main building. Reception: the staff is very polite, always ready to help. Everyone speaks English, there is also a Russian-speaking girl, Ayim

To move around taxi is your only option. rooms are cleaned very well regularly. The selling point of the hotel is dining terrace at the roof with astonishing view. I don't think any hotel in Bodrum has such view

The hotel is huge but superior room with sea view is oriented towards parking lot and it feels a little bit disappointed. Not sure how they choose who gets what, wether it's the agency you use or nationality

The hotel service is very good. The restaurant is open until early in the morning. The outdoor swimming pool is super beautiful. The location is also very good. It is about a 14-minute drive to the city center

Toothbrushes and toothpaste are from Mars. The toiletries are also very good

Isola restaurant can be preferred only for the view, but when it comes to Folie, it is a different world. The hotel was officially established for Folie. On the other hand, the cleanliness and staff are superb

The hotel is in a very nice place in terms of location, the sea is magnificent, but the hotel's food and beverage quality is very poor

In conclusion, if you want a quiet vacation with good night entertainment for kids and family Latanya is a good choice, else if you prefer to spend more time on night walks in the city center then you should find another option

Maybe the crisis affects, few vacationers? At our request, they immediately gave a room on the 2nd floor with 2 beds! And, by the way, they did not wait for check-in until 2 pm, the keys were given to everyone by the sutra (there was a night flight) I want to pay attention to tourists with children: it seemed to me that there was no baby food at all

The hotel was amazing, the staff and the service was good. Clean rooms, good food and beverages. The location is far from the city centre but there is a schedule for mini buses that cost 1 EUR

The only down side is that some people leave their towels on the sun lounge for hours without using them or the pool, it is the same for the beach area, I think the staff should not allow this

The rooms are slightly dated but it really did not matter to us, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good with hot water, we had fresh stock everyday (apart from on one day we had to ask for some toilet roll and some towels as we didn’t have any)

There is a tv in the room but there aren’t any English channels so didn’t really use it. The aircon worked wonderfully The pool and grounds are beautifully kept

it was a very nice hotel, I was glad to visit it, the rooms were clean and of course there were wonderful evening shows

Air con worked but was in the "living room" and not in the bedroom which struggled to cool down, balcony door was hard to open, room safe was locked shut so couldn't use until I spoke to reception and asked them to open it, the fridge was in a cupboard of which the door was basically hanging off, we had to ask reception for more toilet roll because our room wasn't cleaned / seen to on the 2nd day,...

Arrived at the hotel, was shown to our room which was on the opposite side of the road and not in the hotel, the room had 3 single beds (we booked a double room) and the electric required a special key which we weren't given so had no access to any electricity

i have been to mio Bianco Resort for years now for every summer holiday! i haven't used the rooms but i have used the beach and i highly recommend it! there is an aqua park for kids and a clear sea! the service is decent!

This year the hotel made renovation, changed the staff. The food are better than last year and they have good animation. Im very happy. Golden sand and transparent sea

I had a truly wonderful seven-night stay at Palazzo Resort and Residences Le Chic Bodrum in a superior sea view room with a balcony. The view was stunning and added so much to the experience

This is a lovely hotel the staff are all very friendly the beds are very comfortable grate shower and AC. The sun beds are very close together so it can be a bit of a pain

Lovely stay here in early June 2025. Clean, very friendly staff and modern rooms. Aircon, fridge , hairdryer and safe in room. Lovely room on first floor overlooking pool. We didn't struggle to find something nice to eat

Room was clean, and cleaned every day by the maid, great shower also. All the food was excellent, no problem with anything, pool was clean, always god a bed, a member of staff takes all the towels away at 8

so there's no point in getting up at six and putting towels down, great for those that sleep in like me

Drinks for AI finish at 11pm and couldn't say they were very strong. Sunbeds are very close together
