My friends and I visited this newly opened boutique hotel and had the most wonderful experience! It has the wow factor, hidden away in the perfect quiet location 7 minutes walk to the water. It doesn’t get any better than that. Australians in Türkiye are made to feel so welcome and this little gem was the icing on the cake⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As a solo female traveller, this accommodation is perfect. I felt safe all of the time and it is located so close to everything that walking (even at night) was not an issue. Previous reviews relate to old managers however the new managers Jen (an Aussie like myself) and her husband Tahir are amazing. They are welcoming, knowledgeable and nothing you ask is a problem. Because they too live in the area, they can recommend all the great restaurants, warn you about some tourist traps and can provide information on day trips. With Jen’s extensive tourism background she shares her knowledge and assistance if you want to travel further a field within Turkey. The hotel has recently been refurbished, there are various room sizes and would suit all travellers looking for comfort and excellent hospitality. I’m already planning my next trip!

I fell in love with the hotel the moment I saw the blue entrance door in a shallow alley, hidden away from the noisy street.
There are beautiful trees on the ground of the hotel that create such a special mood. The personnel are so nice sweeping the floor off the fallen leaves several times a day.
Another thing I liked is the bridge with sun beds that goes over the pool, it looks so pretty.
There's also a terrace on the roof with a gorgeous view, especially at sunset.
There's also a library with a great choice of English books, there're also some Russian and German ones.

The staff are extremely nice, smiling, always friendly and ready to help. My stay was so comfortable thanks to them. They let me hang out at the pool after the check out time, which I really appreciate.
My room was cleaned daily, fresh towels and sheets, I was surprised that a one star hotel takes such a good care of the guests. I'd rate it three stars at least.:)

The rooms are very cozy, lighting is so nice. Rooms are a bit tired but super cute. There's even a drawer with a kettle (!) and a hair dryer, which I had not seen in some of the more expensive hotels.

The location is also great- 5 minutes of walk to the beach, near all the attractions but so quiet and peaceful.

Room smelled like mold. It clearly came from the air conditioner unit. When I turned it on, the smell was much worse.
I don’t know how anyone could rent this room and not notice and start to choke. Mind you, I am sensitive to mold. Staying here was simply not an option. I had to leave and find another hotel, since they were full.

I take this as a sign that they do not take customer experience or building maintenance seriously here, which unfortunately happens at some Turkish hotels. Not al management wants to spend the money to repair and properly clean rooms. While I didn’t see any other rooms here, I would suggest avoiding this place based on what I saw.

-We have been in Kavala for more than 4 days
First, we came early around 11am and they did not had any issues with early check in.
-They were so welcoming.
-The room service lady were always smiling.
I got sick and the reception team were so caring for us.
-The breakfast is overall good, and you will be served once you say good morning (quick)
- the location is good. Near the bodrum beach and totally safe at night.
- The pool was so clean and also the rooftop area have a good sunset view.
- I thanks the Kavala team for their hospitality.

Good location and owner is more and less helpful.
rooms are not good a bit dirty and bathroom is horrible. Water doesnt flew well.
I booked via hôtel.com and paid more than 80 euros for 3 overnights it was writen 'room with ac" and breakfast included.
But first time i Saw this system : extra costs to have a.c in the rooms ( without is like a sauna) and they did not offert me breakfast as i booked. Bad expérience.

Basic but a great little hotel to put your head down and get a sleep pool is disabled friendly with special stairs to make getting in the pool easy , and the bar with Chris is great for a drink

We booked here for our honeymoon and I can honestly say we will never go back. The hotel is small and old fashioned the bar man Chris is lovely but all other staff are rude and miserable our room was cleaned once in the 7 days we were there and had to move rooms due to raw sewage coming up from the floor in the bathroom.
The breakfast was nothing to write home about I had bread and jam everyday unless we went for breakfast. Cold eggs and olives.
The pictures are nothing compared to what you see and get

I was very happy with my stay, great value for money. Extremely cheap but very nice room, good windows, a/c, I read some other critics and wonder why do they write such things the stuff was very polite, ofcourse they room had two bottles of water plus a boiler with tea and coffee. I will definitely come back.

The location of the Hotel is very good. I am here for a business trip just for a day. I arrived at about 1 pm and my room had already been ready. The room is good and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. The rooms are dirty. The service is terrible. The reception is rude. They do not provide you with water or ice. They do not provide you with any assistance if you ask. They are also very expensive and not worth the price at all. Save your money and go elsewhere!
