Not Bad
A lovely family run business, however we found it to be over priced for what it was. Breakfast was very basic. The room had no fridge to keep our drinks cold. No shower gel or shampoo. The wifi connection was not very good in the room, but worked ok in the garden and hotel lobby area. The location was great and only a 5 minute walk to Ilica beach.

The hotel's location is excellent; we reached Yıldızburnu Bay in a minute. There are many lovely cafes and restaurants on the beach, making it wonderful to spend time there in the evening. There's also a municipal hot springs cafe where you can eat and drink at reasonable prices. The sea was beautiful, calm like a pool, and clean. The sheets were spotless, even the mattress protector underneath was pristine. The family running the 35-40 year-old establishment is very friendly. While the rooms weren't brand new, they were clean and very pleasant.

One of best spots at Ilıca, very nice location and warm/friendly environment. We ve rented 3 rooms with babies and eldest family members, for all of us it was a perfect holiday. Breakfast was great - high quality fresh material. Garden is very nice to spend time at day-night time. less than 1 min walking to the sea.

5 minutes walk from sea. And the hotel have cozy garden so you can sit and hangout with your friends or family. Staff is too kind and helpful. Completely satisfied with our stay there. Thanks.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Balconies can be called private, looking to the back garden. Owned by a sweet family amd very close to the beach

I don't think it deserves even 1 star, my wife had to stay for 3 nights for the congress. They said that they could arrange the room where the owner's mother was staying, and that they had to stay so that their belongings were left in half of the closet. The same team came across a moldy infested pillowcase in a different room. There was no cleaning staff. There is no other place with such low standards in a touristic place.

It needs urgent renovation. There was an insect inside the pillow. Since her mother stayed in Izmir, they gave the items in her room to our friends without taking them out. Your aunt had a washcloth in the bathroom. The hotel did not turn on the hot water when it was full at the end of October. We were able to wash our hair with cold water. On the second day, they couldn't solve the bug problem. As I said, urgent renovation and personnel are needed. We need knowledgeable staff. Cleanliness and breakfast places. I definitely do not recommend.

Don't be fooled by the garden and the photos. I guess we got the worst room. We wouldn't be writing wrong if we say there is no balcony. Other rooms seem to have bigger balconies. Squeaky, bed skirts feel very bad, unkempt and dirty. Mavievi needs a big maintenance. The only positive thing is that it is close to the beach, but you have to walk to Ilıca beach for a long time. There are places nearby for food and shopping. Breakfast is ok. Delicious. Better places can be found for this price. Don't have big expectations for TV here, old 37 screen TV and profitable broadcast, of course there are not many channels. One of the biggest shortcomings is no mini fridge!
