The room was spacious and well-equipped, and I loved that they even reserved space for pets. The decor is very cozy, and the staff were incredibly friendly.

As it was the rainy season, the humidity was quite high. I’d suggest the host pay a bit more attention to the dampness/peeling paint on the wall behind the headboard. My favorite part, however, was the lack of room service interruptions; everyone really respects each other’s relaxation time.

The location is in the northern part of Alaçatı. While not right in the center, the surrounding facilities are still very complete and convenient.

Ahmet and his staff were most helpful and made our stay (6 nights) very enjoyable.
There is a small pool on the premises which is well situated with shops & restaurants close by.

Nothing is too troublesome and he helped alot navigating transport ( minibuses/ taxis to beaches...restaurants...airport transfers.

Turkey generally is expensive to eat out but the hotel is good value.

Our third visit… what can I say?
This place feels like home in every way. The traditional Turkish breakfast spread is absolutely next level. Ahmet and his team, with their warm hospitality, made us fall in love with Alaçatı all over again.

I’ve had a great time staying at this hotel, the room was spacious, nice shower and good bed. it is pretty quiet and very close to central Alaçatı and bus station to Izmir. Lovely staff! Would stay again!

The hotel location is good, the staff was helpful. But the room needs maintenance (the window blinds do not close, the shower cabin door is broken, the jacuzzi is leaking water)

Overall the place is fine at best. It has a pleasant lounge/pool area but it is not clean at all.
A lot of dirt from the plants and trees that didn't get cleaned the 5 days that we were there. The rooms are cozy but our bed had a problem with the wooden frame. It would break and I would have to fix it. Even though I informed them to fix it they didn't. Also the room service was subpar, our room wasn't cleaned for 2 days.
And as for the breakfast it was not enough for 2 people and they charge you for everything that you order extra even for the coffee.
Overall the place would be an amazing destination if it has a bit more love from the staff and would get cleaned more often.

The owner, Orhan and the staffs were very helpful during my stay in Alacati. They helped me a lot and offered good welcome drink. Its highly recommended to stay in the hotel when in Alacati

Year 2020. Two young people are employed as staff. Unprofessional, reckless & unfriendly. Breakfast came 20 min. later, although nothing was going on. The breakfast was zero quality. The cheese was like rubber and tasted like nothing. It was so cheap it wasn't cheese anymore. In breakfast there was hair, eyelashes and leftover sesame seeds. Did we get the leftovers from other guests!? Since the tables were only cleared after an hour, even though the guests were already gone, the cats fed on the tables and threw salami on the chairs. These chairs were never wiped, of course. If you wanted tea, you had to repeat yourself at least 3 times. Cause the 2 children as waiters forgot it. Or they just didn't care. Instead, they stood at the reception and talked to the receptionist. There were no fresh towels. When asked for towels, they said that there were no fresh ones left. How can something like that happen in a hotel for days? Then you have to buy new ones !? The floor was never mopped, our feet were always dirty right after the shower. Of course there was no doormat for the shower either. Nobody felt responsible for complaints. This hotel is a complete disaster !! Far too expensive for zero service. In turkish we would say: "Paranla rezil oluyorsun!" This is exactly the case here. Choose an expensive hotel, it will still be cheaper and more sophisticated than Ala Hotel. I travel for private and business at least 30 times a year, I've never seen a worse hotel than that !! Even cheap pensions are of higher quality than this Ala hotel. How does Ala Hotel base its price? Who writes these fake positive reviews? It looks nicer in the photos than it is. Pool is way too small, rooms are way too small and cramped. On the whole, a disaster! I took the time to write this long text because my vacation was really ruined with this disaster hotel. Therefore we left this hotel early and booked a great hotel. I did something like this for the first time in my life that I left a hotel early.
