Good hotel in Corlu in a busy surrounding area. Convenient rooms. Excellent breakfast . Would return !

The best one in Corlu really close to everything. 2-3 min by walk to the big malls. Stuff is so nice and attention focused. Even i arrived so early they gave me really great upgraded room. I will stay again.

Staff in restaurant bar area very friendly and efficient. Rooms of good standard. Good supply of hot water for shower.

Steam bath no working. Smart tv have the remote but don’t have Streaming Netflix and Prime.
Why you put the remote specific for Netflix and Prime if you don’t have,?????
I had to ask for the room service menu.
The gym they told me will be open at 9:00…. But it was all dark , I had to turn on the lights, I’d like Yes but no .
Something is wrong here. The details are missing. The glass not ecologic at the gym , plastic bottles in the rooms, non Susteinable.
But the room , design very nice.
Modern comfortable room. I recomend if you don’t expect too much .
The sauna you have to say 30 minutes in advance to them to turn on

The hotel is very good. The room was well cleaned and the products were of good quality. The staff were very polite and helpful especially the gentleman who helped us with luggage and parking the car.

Nice hotel at the center of Corlu. You may find restaurants and shopping mall at a walking distance. Rooms are silent, clean and decent. Hotel staff is helpful and kind. Breakfast buffet options are limited if you follow high fibre and protein diet but quite satisfactory for the individuals who are looking for fresh bakery. Gym is compact but the equipments are a little old. Air conditioning was not working properly, we have not informed the reception maybe they could find a solution but we were not expecting that it would be cold at night. Great value hotel for 1-2 day stays.

I was excited to try this hotel, but it didn't meet my expectations as a 4-star hotel.
- One of the shower heads was clogged. The shower door let water outside of the cabin, which created a pool in the bathroom around the toilet.
- The TV didn't work.
- The mini fridge was absolutely gross
I stayed at many 4-star hotels and did not experience these. The hotel itself is nice and clean with great service, but if you are a 4-star hotel, then the expectations get a bit higher. This hotel felt like a 3-star hotel to me.
