Service is of a very high standard, and the staff speak excellent English.

The bed is a little soft, but you can flip the mattress over (it's firm on the other side).
The food is delicious (restaurant): good.
Location: not much of interest around, but it's quiet and a little off the road and near a park, which is a plus for me.
The only downside (not as important to most people as it is to me): the WiFi was slow and dropped frequently. Phone reception wasn't great either (when roaming).
Massages, saunas, etc. are available, but I haven't tried them.
Overall, 4++/5
If you like 5 STAR HOTELS this is not far off
