The cancellation came with no prior notice, and the manager’s unprofessional and disrespectful attitude made the situation worse. We were left searching for alternative accommodation, but no rooms were available that night.
This reflects poor booking management and weak customer service, which has seriously damaged our trust in the hotel. I hope they review their policies to prevent such incidents for future guests.
