Armoni Hotel Datca in Datca

The facility that we preferred for our 3-day Datça holiday in June 2021, but unfortunately we had to leave before we could even stay a day. When we opened the window or balcony door to ventilate the room after we settled into the room that was presented to us as a family room, the entrance door of the room rattled and this situation was above the limit of tolerance. In addition to this, there was a constant vibration/rattling from the electrical fuse. Oddly enough, while we were waiting for the room to be presented to the new customer after all the checks were made, when we entered the room, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, our child made his big toilet but the flush was not working. I wanted to call the reception to let them know, the phone was not working. While these were in the middle, the entire fee was required in advance at the entrance to the hotel!... As a matter of fact, people said, "What kind of business is this? What did you offer, what do you want to pay for?" she can't help but ask. Since we didn't spread out our stuff much, we reported the malfunctioning situations when we went out to dinner and said that if it was not taken care of when we arrived, we would check out. After returning from the meal, Atakan Bey, the owner or representatives of the owners of the hotel at that time, welcomed us and gave us information about the problems that could be resolved. Strangely enough, he told us that previous customers did not inform them of this situation!... Surprised? I mean, were we the only ones who saw the problems, or if it was implied that we were customers with problems and problems, I still don't understand. Fortunately, we took our check-out and moved to another facility without any problems regarding check-out and refund, and we completed the holiday there...
Both in this facility and in the other facility, due to the mediocre and below-average services offered to the customers, but the high fees demanded in return, citing the pandemic conditions at that time, I was greatly alienated from the people of Datça and the city of Datça. I think that by exploiting people's admiration for Datça, the city is a place where a lot of money is demanded for little service. I don't want to go to Datça anymore because of this situation, which I do not approve of and consider as opportunistic.
