Overall a nice and ok hotel with a good breakfast, gym facilities and equipment etc. in a nice location close to the shops and city center. One big issue I had with upon my stay is elevator maintenance. For two mornings in a row the first elevator was out of service which is very inconvenient. Also when using the right hand elevator and recently the middle elevator their level indicators and display were broken and glitched out. As a result I used the stairs for the majority of my stay as I felt very uncomfortable in wanting to use the elevators to transport myself between levels. Even after a workout at the gym I still took the stairs due to myself feeling uncomfortable and anxious in the elevator reliability and the fear of getting stuck and trapped.

For future stays or returns to this hotel elevator maintenance needs to be improved substantially including and ensuring level indicators and display are fixed and fully functional to ensure your get off at the right level.
