Can't speak English, the toilet is absolutely smelly, the power goes out at night when it rains, and the staff will stand at the door and block you from leaving if you don't give a tip... This hotel is outrageous. I suggest you check the negative reviews on Google before booking. Most of them are negative, except for Turkish reviews.

The hotel and rooms are very beautiful. Muza and the girl in the restaurant are very good and enthusiastic.

This could be a great place. The nature is simply amazing. The staff is wonderful and attentive. I would have given one of the highest marks if it wasn't for the kitchen.
No kidding, friends, it was the most (!!!!) the most unpleasant gastronomic adventure in the last 3 years of my life in Turkey!!! And considering the price of the dish, it probably couldn't have been worse.
Mini burgers of unnatural colors, dry as grandma's heels, with one kind of meat and sauces that are difficult to get out of mini jars....overcooked tasteless pasta with lemon sauce and nuts... but! all this pales in comparison with the evening menu of the restaurant.
French onion soup. Has the chef seen and tasted this magnificent French soup? Has the hotel administration tried this creation? Does the cook know the cooking technology or at least the composition of the flavoring additives in this soup? Why did they bring me unleavened soup with crispy (!) white onions and a piece of soaked bread?!
Next comes the soup, which is associated with Tom Yam. My husband didn't even touch it because of the disgusting smell, but I tried it! It was a terribly unpleasant soup, smelling of old butter with soy added!
The next course was sashimi with tuna. Not such a disgusting dish, but: just slices of avocado, not fresh tuna on top, a little wasabi.... Just a fish, just an avocado, just a drop of wasabi. Where is the love of food?!! Where is the harmony of tastes?!
When we despaired and ordered a Margarita pizza, hoping that it would be difficult to spoil the pizza, we were surprised by the cheese, which is not intended for pizza (brine, which does not stretch, but solidifies in a layer).
This vacation could be wonderful, but food is an important component of our satisfaction and impressions. That's why I'm putting 2/5 instead of 5/5.

The memories of our wedding anniversary were ruined because of the kitchen, despite the wonderful staff and nature.
I strongly recommend that customer support analyze this review and all the others and change the situation, as you spoil not only the impression of the guests, but also your reputation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lov' Hotel, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, Hind from Customer Relations went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She was attentive, warm, and made us feel truly welcome.
The facilities at Lov' Hotel are top-notch, especially the villa with a private pool, which was a luxurious retreat. The view from our villa was breathtaking, adding to the overall serene atmosphere of the hotel.

The overall feeling is better than Hanghai, but the swimming pool in Hanghai will give you extra points for taking photos. This hotel is right next to Hanghai and belongs to the same cliff seaside. There is no beach. You can go down to the sea directly through the stairs. The water is very clear and very beautiful. I swam in the sea for a while and could see the seabed directly. There were many fish, which was suitable for swimming and snorkeling. I smoked a cigar by the sea to feel the sea breeze. I had dinner at the hotel and enjoyed the sunset. The portion was large and the taste was good. Good seats need to be booked in advance. Breakfast is not in line with the appetite of Chinese people. The cheese bread and eggs are tasteless. I recommend everyone to go to the 180-degree restaurant at the door. The scenery is beautiful and the grilled lamb chops are delicious. "YIGITOGLU RESTAURANT" This restaurant is also super beautiful at sunset. The last three pictures are of the restaurant

Great beautifully designed hotel. Enjoyable private sea access. Nice entertainment events like jazz concert. Service can be a little slow but staff is attentive and fixes everything upon suggestion. We got a lovely gift from administrator Mercede special thanks to her.

Our stay at Lov Retreat was nothing short of spectacular! The breathtaking views and stunning design of the resort made it a true paradise.
