Unfortunately this hotel created a bad experience when we paid for luxury - we didn’t want a care in the world however it was quite the opposite making us feel quite stressed about it all..

TLDR:
Please don’t waste your money here and if you do … check your bill thoroughly!

After staying for a couple of days we were asked to pay a bill which was incorrect by around 3500 Turkish Lire (around £80). After being shown a calculator showing me the amount I asked for a breakdown of the bill which was initially something they didn’t want to do. “Extras” added on the bill were food we had not asked for (the most expensive starter which was offered to us as a treat by the waiter due to a mix up with drinks in the day), a bottle of wine we didn’t order but had been opened and blamed on a misunderstanding, cocktails which were incorrect and already agreed we were not paying for and a drink I had purchased elsewhere! It’s very lucky I checked the bill thoroughly and got these removed however I am still waiting on the hotel paying me back 760TL for a bottle of wine we didn’t have, this is still being “sent to me” This shouldnt have happened in the first place.

- The staff welcomed us with warmth and as the stay went on we told them our concerns and upon leaving it turned bitter as I had queried the bill -I had 3 people questioning me and the owner even laughed us out as he didn’t understand the importance of what we were feeding back. You cant give food / drink to someone without knowing what is in it and the customer (us) should be listened to and not laughed at!

- Little things make a big difference especially for the cost of the hotel were missing - cocktails were made incorrectly and not knowing what was added in them (if you had allergies this is dangerous), white/ rose wine was not cold and so served warm. I shouldn’t have to tell the waiter how to make an ice bucket in a place like this.

- We had to ask for our room to be cleaned on the 2nd day - again with the amount we paid you would expect there to be a daily room clean. We were met with “we will see what we can do as the cleaners are cleaning rooms for new guests” They did do it but v strange we had to ask and if we didn’t then it wouldn’t have happened.

- The restaurant is v expensive compared to other places we stayed - we had to eat there given the location and not wanting to drive at night. It was around £20 for sea bass which in Turkey is expensive.

If you have got this far reading - the plus is the view and the infinity pool - it’s beautiful however don’t let that fool you for the price of this.

My wife wrote an extensive review for you guys to get valuable feedback from our stay... but you took a defensive stance and chose to trash your former customer. Please take a look at their answers to bad reviews, it will show their bitter colors and how fast these guys can go from hospitality to hostility.

For every negative remark their response to the comment was "why didn't you tell us?" Excuse us but its not our job to fix your problems. Also we told you some things on the spot but it didn't help you to improve. For example tea glass comes with stains. We warned you one time, what happened? Next day again stained glasses on our table.

Rooms were great, food was ok, but chef has a lack of respect. I'm a comedian but this doesn't give any right to any staff to make light jokes towards us. One example: They forgot to put rice on our main course and sent it later and told us it was chef's treat. Should I also paid my stay with jokes instead of real money? Everybody makes mistakes but if you don't show any remorse that's a problem.

We found staff inexperienced in the hospitality business. Menu doesn't reflect what they have in store. No cocktails, they don't have any bar staff. Some breakfast delicacies like jam and honey tasted like cheap canned generic grocery store items. Presentation of the tables were not up to 5 star hotel standards. Not even a decent tablecloth on the tables. Breakfast items are randomly distributed on the table. If you expect a romatic setting on the restaurant side, as you should from a honeymoon specialized site, you'll be disappointed like us.

Here is my review and even though I feel 3 stars I'm giving you 1 star. Hey it's a joke, and its a comedians treat.
