Martı Hemithea Hotel in Orhaniye

The deliverable was different from the promise, looking at the pictures and reading the description, we expected a nice property ..ha, we were in for a big surprise..not only an old depreciated property.. .. to start the door key did not work, and the distance to the reception was, to say the least, a pain ..the room was on a different floor from the saloon which had no toilet and had to go out of the room and down the stairs, the room was full of dust, the wifi was a sham and did not work most of the time, the air-conditioner was noisy and hits the bed directly. The balcony door was hard to open. I felt scammed. Very bad experience. Cannot recommend ..

We are a couple that is on their honeymoon,we arrived late due to delayed flight to find no one at reception, we waited for 15 min while dragging in our luggage. Finally we were taken to our room to find that staff had left the balcony door open and a swarm of mosquitoes were let in to eat us alive! After killing what we were able to kill we wanted to use the in suite jacuzzi which was not working due to the drain, we contacted reception which did not speak English and told us to call a different number for someone that speaks English. We arrived at 5:30 by 7:20 pm our jacuzzi was still not fixed and the lights in our bathroom stopped working so we were getting ready in the dark. The staff redeemed themselves after we came back from our night out however any sort of redemption went out the door when drills,chisel, and hammers were being used at 9:30 am in the room right next to us.. we are on our honey moon if you have renovations happening put us in a different room ! We reached out to respecting via WhatsApp about the noise but never received a response nor did that noise stop. We left our room at 11:30 am and the work was still ongoing.
I would not visit this hotel ever again !

Extremely dirty place, had ants inside and no proper WiFi. The staff was absent and didn’t do much to fix our needs. The room itself wasn’t clean, had mold and smelled funny.
