Definitely not a 5* hotel and more like a 4*. A good location on the sea front with a beautiful sunset every evening.

The food selection each evening was very good and freshly cooked. I especially enjoyed the vast selection of different breads they bake daily. The family room was clean and spacious.

Plenty of activities and evening shows to keep the whole family entertained.

The reason for the 3* is due to an extremely poor and rude check-in experience which was not a good start to our holiday. Thankfully the rest of the staff and entertainment crew were very good. Also it was almost impossible to get a sunbed by the pool until late in the afternoon due to people reserving therm with their towels really early. The WiFi was free but barely usable at times.

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is nice. The staff were ok. The ultra all inclusive part was very disappointing as the was not a variety of food during the day time.

Predominantly russian hotel. Do not come here if you are black

I picked this hotel to stay in due to the amazing reviews. I took my mother (who had just recovered from breast cancer) and my 3 year old daughter for a week away of gratitude and recuperation.

Pros: the hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful. The gardens are well looked after, the room was clean and modern, staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the pier by the beach, so peaceful and wonderful views. They have an amazing kids club which I took my daughter to a few times throughout our stay. The nightly entertainment was of a very high standard, with acrobats and full on singers & dancers - it was like a paid concert! I was very excited to stay here and enjoy 7 days of pure bliss after what had been a hellish year....

Cons: the hotel was about 70% Russian tourists. With this came incessant stares, people openly pointing and laughing at us, russians trying to take pictures of my little daughter on more than one occasion. I felt like I was unable to relax and had to be on guard for my family. The food was catered to the Russian guests, and entertainment was also mainly russian.

I can't score more than 3 stars because by day 4 I was ready to go home. Had I know this hotel was mainly Russian I would have picked to stay somewhere else, it was impossible to ignore the daily racism we experienced.

Turkey is a beautiful place, and the locals were absolutely lovely; I would definitely stay again. Bjt I suggest staying at a more british-oriented hotel or an airbnb.

We celebrated a friend's birthday at this resort with 30+ people. Plenty of activities to keep all ages entertained. Food wise the buffet restaurant was the most varied and seemed to have something for everyone. We tried 2 of the dinner restaurants - but the service was very slow and the food wasn't really suitable for the kids. The entertainment in the evening was fun. There was nothing in the surrounding areas of the hotel but if you're just looking to stay resort based then this is perfect. There are mosquitoes everywhere and the water in the swimming pools are cold in October but we all still managed to enjoy ourselves. Shout out to the yoga instructor who continued with a hathya yoga session despite the stormy weather and even managed to teach us a few aerial yoga moves.

I had a lovely holiday here. Overall the experience was really good. The food is fantastic with options for everyone. Pools are nice and the bars have all the branded drinks. Entertainment for the kids everyday. I stayed in the Lagoon section which I would highly recommend paying a bit extra for. The rooms are ok. The tv only had 1 or 2 English channels and its very small. It rained a few times and we had water coming through the ceiling. Mattress was worn out, which I spoke to reception about but they didnt change it. I would definitely stay there again its a great hotel. You dont spend hardly any time in the rooms anyway.

WOW …… WOW …. WOW We stayed in the lagoon area- room 1140 21st of September 14 Nights Entertainment team are all fantastic but the legends pictured made our sons holiday and need a special shout out , also the two spa men who took time out to chat with us every day Food- Amazing Drinks -Amazing Pools -Amazing Entertainment - Amazing Beach-Fantastic but need beach shoes Weather- one rainy day We are looking to come back already in May and we only got home yesterday :( Daily entertainment fantastic especially darts , and water polo, the sunset party brilliant and the other party nights I would highly recommend this hotel

I stayed at this hotel for the first time on my own, after always traveling with family or a partner before. It was also my very first solo All-Inclusive experience – and it couldn’t have been better! What I loved most was the variety of activities, especially the sports and fitness options that kept me moving and energized. At the same time, if I just wanted to relax, it was easy to simply enjoy the sun and rest. The Entertainment team deserves a special mention – everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and I’d especially like to thank Olya and Sadam for making my stay so much more fun and memorable. The food was always delicious, the evening shows were entertaining and creative, and everything around the hotel was spotless with great attention to detail. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone – whether you’re traveling with others or, like me, enjoying a solo trip.

I travelled with my husband and our 8-year-old son, and we had a fantastic stay at Club Tuana – loved every minute! We stayed in a Lagoon room with pool access via stairs, which worked brilliantly for us. The room size was great for the three of us, and instead of a sofa bed, our son had the luxury of a proper single bed – a big plus for families. The balance of shade and sun throughout the day was ideal, and the Lagoon Lounge was an added bonus, offering a quieter, more relaxed vibe – it really felt like two holidays in one. Service there was always fabulous – a special shout-out to Talep and Melise who looked after us so well during the day. The cocktails, both from the menu and off-menu creations, were amazing! The resort itself is stunning, surrounded by greenery and beautifully maintained. Staff work incredibly hard to keep everything spotlessly clean. The main pool was busier, but that’s to be expected and it balances out nicely with the calm Lagoon area. Food and drink were excellent throughout. The snack bar serves a great selection during the day – from late breakfast to burgers and chips, which was perfect for our son and those fussier eaters. Ice cream and pancakes were also served, but tucked away enough that it was never too busy. The main restaurant always had plenty of choice with something to suit everyone. We also tried the à la carte Olive Tree restaurant, which was a real highlight – attentive service, a beautiful outdoor setting surrounded by trees, and an excellent set menu. The tenderloin was outstanding and the ambience made for a really special evening. Activities and entertainment were another highlight. My son loved the slides, the giant chess, and although he didn’t join the kids’ club, he really enjoyed the Kids Fest – a great addition we hadn’t expected. Evenings were full of atmosphere with great shows, and the sunset cruise from the jetty was absolutely fabulous – highly recommended. From the warm and informative welcome at reception to the very end, everything was spot on. Club Tuana gave us relaxation, fun, and wonderful family memories. Although there are so many places in the world to explore, I always say I’ll never go somewhere more than once – but Club Tuana has changed that rule. I’ve finally found my exception, and I look forward to visiting again one day!

Had a lovely time with the family. The result was kept lovingly clean. We upgraded our room from a standard before we arrived, It was a nice room. The main pool is a good size never seemed over crowded. The only down side was keep getting asked if we would like to book a massage every day round the pool. The pier was good as we booked a cabana which come with fruit and champagne around 2pm, we all had a great day jumping into the sea.

Club Tuana is a beautiful hotel with amazing facilities and honestly I couldn’t fault a thing. We stayed in a Lagoon Zone Room which was worth every penny to upgrade, the rooms were lovely and the Lagoon pools were quiet and clean. The snack foods at Lagoon were delicious and the drinks were unreal… cocktails were amazing and they offered both virgin or alcoholic… which my kids loved. The evening entertainment at Club Tuana was so good! Every night we wanted to go party with the amazing Entertainment Team who put on the best shows! The girls especially loved Ahmet who performed in the Aura Dance Show and was also part of the day time entertainment around the hotel which included waterpolo, darts, shooting, football, the kids club and so much more!! The pool parties were amazing and the shows they put on were so entertaining!! All in all this was a fabulous holiday and I can’t wait to go back!
