First of all, all the employees were very cheerful and attentive, especially the guy at the reception. As for the food, the dinners were delicious, but the breakfast was not at the level I wanted in terms of taste, but I was very pleased with the hotel in general. If they improve the spa section a little more, it could be a candidate to be the best hotel in the region. As I said again, the smiling faces of the employees cover up the small deficiencies in the hotel, thank you ladik hotel.

I have never seen such a bad, dirty, unhygienic environment, I can prove that no cleaning has been done. Everywhere you step there is spider web everywhere, there is dust, people have been smoking in the rooms, we couldn't even breathe, it's a waste of money. The food is good for 3 days, the desserts are already mediocre, if you eat it you will definitely get poisoned, even without a view it is nauseating, it was built 1 month ago, definitely don't come, it's a waste of money, stay in an apartment, you can have a more comfortable holiday for 400-500...

Das Personal war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und fürsorglich. Wir sind sehr günstig verpflegt und haben einen schönen langen ruhigen Urlaub fast mitten im Einkaufszentrum gemacht

We stayed one day here during our pamukalle trip and we were the only guests there. This hotel is pretty new with good amenities. We were able to use the sauna and thermal pool as well.
