Excellent stay, clean rooms, thermal water pools inside, kind personel. The food was good with enough variety. The enviroment of the hotel is peacful. Enjoyed.

This is our 3rd visit to this hotel and can't fault it. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and very clean, comfortable big bed and they have a thermal water tap for the bath.....plus a good shower. They have two thermal indoor pools, spa centre, fitness room and outdoor heated pool. Food is open buffet and very good and sometimes in the evening they have live music. Nice garden to sit in when weather is good. We will definitely return again. Its not far from Pammukkale. Recommend this hotel 100%. Thank you to all hotel staff and reception.

It’s about 1 hour to walk to Pamukkale, but a short trip with taxi.

As always, I had a great and therapeutic stay at Herakles. After receiving 2 rounds of PRP injections for a 30 year ongoing knee issue, it was so great to be able to stay and receive daily personalized knee therapy treatments here. Many came simply to enjoy a relaxing stay with family. It's location near the amazing travertines of Pamukkale makes it a common rest point for tourists from all over Europe. The prices are extremely reasonable and all in included except medical treatments which are available at an additional cost. The food is wonderful, healthy and plentiful and the staff is kind and attentive. I highly recommend this thermal hotel.

This was a great hotel. We only had one day to explore and they helped us feel at home and make all arrangements. We appreciate how great they made us feel. Rooms were clean and food was good.

I can describe this hotel as simply excellent. The building is very nice, plenty of cool marble, modern furniture and complete clean environment. The hidden mineral pool is the pearl of the hotel. 40 degrees centigrade water packed with minerals is super healthy. The food in hotel requires a special article. It is so good, fresh and plentiful. The staff is so helpful and obliging that it is admirable. My strong recommendation to everyone is to stay in this hotel.

Everything fine for the price, clean, good variety od good, pool with cooler water which Is good in So hot leather. Nice rooms with comfortable beds, working AC, small balkony, bathroom with tub, good for the price
