Hola Bodrum in Mugla

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare. We booked four nights and were initially shown a room on the first floor, but then were given a tiny ground floor room instead. The washroom had an electric water heater that kept causing the room's electricity to cut off every time we showered. The pool was out of service, and we were constantly given false promises about it being fixed "tomorrow."

During breakfast, we noticed other guests receiving more generous portions than us. Even a simple request for hot water to make my own coffee (since there were no coffee or tea facilities in the room) was denied.

The worst part was at 11am on our last day. The receptionist aggressively knocked on our door while we were packing. She demanded we leave immediately, and when we explained that checkout is usually at noon, she began shouting and insulting us. We tried to explain to her that we are packing and leaving anyways, but she kept shouting. Knowing that when we checked in she made us wait 1 hour because the cleaning lady confused room and didn't clean ours. This was the most appalling hotel experience I've ever had. Avoid this place if you want to enjoy your vacation. The receptionist initially seems pleasant, but becomes hostile once you've booked your room.

UPDATE regarding the owner's answer.

This isn't what happened. We checked in at 3 PM because you made us wait 1hour extra because the room wasn't ready! We didn't ask to leave late. We were told to leave right at 11 AM. Saying we made noise or wanted a late checkout is a lie. The problem is the rude service we got from the lady in the reception, BUKET. She made our stay horrible

Hotel is normal need some renovation because of window and other things are broken condition.
Room small. No proper loghting. Bed is not fomfortable and cleaning also not proper.
I stay 4 days but no one come and clean the room.
Towle, shampoo, soap etc. Not available i asked then thay given to me.

Just good hotel.
Room very small.
Lighting not proper.
Bathroom also not proper.
Breakfast just ok.

I stayed here for one night with my friend and it was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. As you can see, in the first photo I posted, I booked a Double or Twin room but as you can see, in the other photos the room was completely different from the picture I got from the hotel. Also, no one was at the reception so my friend and I had to wait more than an hour. I have no idea why there are good reviews for this hotel. If anyone wants to stay here, please find another hotel there are more good hotels with a similar price.

P.S. Also there were bedbugs. I couldn’t sleep for a single second. There were leftover razors in the bathroom but they just told me it was intended for my use. So I requested a refund, and they said they are going to refund me if I removed my negative reviews but after I removed my review they changed their word.

Avoid at all costs. Coming from a lovely all-inclusive in Oludeniz, this Bodrum stay was a complete shock — easily the worst part of our trip. The room was dirty, nothing like the photos, with used sheets and broken amenities. Breakfast was a joke: one boiled egg and no protein. The owner, clearly overwhelmed and doing everything herself, got defensive when we raised concerns and even kicked our luggage out.

No elevator, dusty vibe, and a pool we didn’t dare touch. The only upside was the location — central and close to shops and tours.

Unless you enjoy filth and stress, do not book this place.
