Returned home from this hotel last week. 6 adults and a 7 month baby. We had a fantastic time we had 2 attic rooms and a ground floor swim up room. Attic rooms absolutely fine, not as small as I was expecting and lovely view. Water topped up daily. Aircon takes a while to kick in but is fine after about 20mins (had to turn it off in the night as was freezing 😂) Swim up room ideal for the baby! Maids very helpful providing extra water for sterilising and making bottles etc. Food was better then expected after reading reviews, no you won't get pork sausages or bacon but you're in Turkey so shouldn't expect it. Snack bar food is cooked fresh to order. Very nice Turkish pancakes in an afternoon. We liked the adult pool, very relaxing. Staff can't do enough to help, I'd like to say a big thankyou to Frank! My husbands suitcase went missing, easyjet we're no help at all but Frank went above and beyond. The case was located and delivered to hotel the next morning! Hisaronu is a 5 min taxi ride away, plenty of shops and lovely restaurants. The lady who swaps the towels in the spa is beautiful inside and out, if you're reading this I hope the baby owl is OK ❤️ My husband had a Turkish shave at the on site salon which was very good, slightly more expensive then you'd pay in hisaronu but worth it for the convenience. We had a lovely relaxing break and would definitely return.

Absolutely superb holiday from start to finish!! -From the moment we arrived in the early hours of Sunday morning the staff could not have been any friendlier or more helpful. Cases were taken from the coach for us, check in was super quick and again our cases were taken from reception to the room for us. -We had booked a swim up room and to be honest we only used this in the afternoon and spent the mornings at the main pool area. The room itself was kept spotlessly clean daily with fresh towels as and when you wanted them. Pool towels are also provided free of charge and collected from the Spa. These can be changed daily for fresh towels. The hotel was running at capacity during our stay but we always managed to get sunbeds at the main pool and the pool area was not overly busy. Regular activities throughout the day if this is something you are interested in. -The food was superb throughout our stay. Massively varied offering from pizzas and pastas to more traditional cuisine which was always packed woth flavour alongside super fresh salads. Friday night was a special night for dinner during our stay and the hotel pushed the boat out to make it a fantastic evening. -Entertainment at night would be the only negative during our stay. 2 songs for kids mini disco and the entertainment started far too late at night, however this is a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme. -As so many people have said please do not use the onsite shop as it is ridiculously expensive. I tried to get a new pool ring for our daughter, and they wanted £45 for a ring you can buy in the UK for £5 or even locally in Hisaronu or Oludeniz for £10 max which is what we ended up doing. -For us the staff made the holiday as they really could not do anymore for you. They always take the time to speak to you throughout your stay and nothing is ever too much. -On our last day we were able to keep our room on as we had a later transfer, again not an issue despite the hotel running at capacity. -The surroundings of the hotel are simply stunning. The grounds are maintained exceptionally and the surrounding mountains are breathtaking. -Taxis to local towns are very easy to get. Go to the front gate, press the taxi button and within a couple of minites your taxi is there. They are all metered taxis so no haggling for a price either. -We enjoyed the holiday so much we have booked our return trip already. Thank you Sahra Su for a fantastic holiday!!

The reviews on this hotel are not true I have read so many bad things . Me and my girlfriend Charlize visited the resort from the 11th June - 3rd July. Considering we travel twice per year , this hotel is definitely one of the best resorts to stay . The hotel it’s self is above average . The hotel isn’t what made the holiday , it was the staff. The maids , restaurant workers , bar staff and the receptionist honestly can’t do enough for you. The Entertainment team . Harrun , Memmet , Yamo and Eris were perfect , we went out to the cocktail bars with Harrun and Memmet and they made sure we was safe . Never had any problems they sat to watch entertainment at the night time Really nice people they made us feel at comfortable. I cannot put into words how I felt coming home . The guest relation Michael/Muhammad, is honestly the nicest man I’ve ever met. We went for breakfast, lunch, and dinner together, and we spent hours playing cards. He even went out of his way to take us into Fethiye for coffee twice. Considering he was working in 40-degree heat, he always had a smile on his face and asked if there was anything he could do to help. I’m now home, and Michael still rings every morning to check on us. He’s like a brother to me, and we love him so much. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. I was there for 3 weeks and 3 days and it felt as if I was away for 1 week. Thank you Michael ❤️

Had an a great time, good food. Very friendly and proactive staff, they were always willing to lend a hand and they seemed to be enjoying their work. Hotel needs a little updating with new carpet in hallway areas and spa needing a revamp in the changing areas. Oscar and Sky in the Anka spa always friendly always had a smile on their faces. We have never experienced a Guest Relations manager coming around the pool to ask if everything was to our satisfaction well done Michael it was great to see your proactivity.

Have just returned from a 4 night stay Right from the start, even in the early hours of the morning, the staff were so friendly & helpful. The complex is amazing, with absolutely stunning scenery. Have missed the mountains this morning! We stayed in a swim up bungalow, couldn't have wanted more! Perfect for myself with knee problems, having the pool right outside. All meals were enjoyable and the staff couldn't do enough for you. A special mention & also huge thanks to Yusuf,part of the waiting team in the restaurant. He was brilliant and made sure our mealtimes were faultless & relaxing. First time to Turkey 🇹🇷 but are already looking to book again for next year!

Whilst staying here I had a very pleasant experience, the rooms comfortable with more than enough room, the food was well prepared and to top of an incredible holiday the spa treatments on offer and the ones I received were incredible, would definitely pencil in another visit.

Lovely hotel,rooms are a bit worn,other than that it's good.Met some lovely people,enjoyed our stay,and excursions.Had a problem with the room and they changed,through Frank,such a helpful guy.Oscar in the gym is another exceptional character,Micheal (guest relation) was another helpful person.weather is beautiful

Amazing staff, particularly Pepsi and Frank! Pepsi provided brilliant service at food times and Frank was super helpful organising activities and excursions during our stay. Amazing food, awesome variety everyday The Spa was fabulous, with Sky particularly helpful in explaining and recommending treatments. The Before Sun programme was amazing Rooms basic but clean and functional. Alcohol was plentiful, with great beer and a limited cocktail menu. Would recommend

I come here every year and it's better every year. The manager ONUR is amazing. The staff is amazing, reception Asli, Eylul, Aygul, Murat, Zeki, Ersin, Michael. The food is brilliant, Restaurant manager "Tupcu Fiko" is the man. The cleaners they did their job amazing. Utku is the best of their job. Bar girl Habibe is very attentive. This place is my second home. It was a wonderful getaway for us. If you need anything you can find Frank who gives best information for trips.
