This hotel is well located just 10 mins walk from the centre of Dalyan and is an average boutique hotel. Fairly standard rooms and breakfast, nice pool area and garden to the front. So yes it’s ok. Tui had dumped a load of Irish people here who’d had their flight cancelled and seemed to be well looked after. Staf went out of their way to put extra gifts in the room and decorate it for newlyweds in advance of a family wedding. Threw in extra cakes when we bought a bottle of champagne which was chilled in the room for arrival, and staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful.

Good little hotel. It's quiet and close to the center. The rooms are a bit small, but clean. The bathroom is spotless, even if it's not very big. The breakfast is pretty decent, with very fresh pastries. The staff is friendly and attentive. Honestly, nothing to complain about.

The front desk is very friendly. It is close to the airport. There are many supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants around. The room is a bit simple, but it has everything. If you book a flight for the next day, it is very suitable.

Zigo's offered us accommodation at short notice when the rest of Dalaman appeared to be shut. Despite checking in at 5am, they were welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were modern and clean and the breakfast was great. Many thanks.

We are here at the moment what a beautiful place, the chef and his wife have made this holiday so special for us. They ask us what we would like to eat for dinner, then the chef goes out to buy it fresh for us. Nothing is too much trouble. They are both worth thier weight in gold ✨️. A Peaceful, Eco-Friendly Hotel with Exceptional Service. This is a wonderfully peaceful and magnificent hotel, truly nestled in nature. The staff are incredibly polite. Every single detail has been meticulously thought out. My 8-year-old son had an absolute blast with the animals, both in the garden and around the pond. It was the perfect place for us to unwind and escape from all our stresses.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. The staff were accommodating, friendly and very attentive. The location was perfect for us and the breakfast was a highlight of our days. Thank you for everything and we look forward to coming back soon!

The hotel is clean, the rooms are well kept. The nicest thing about the hotel is its beautiful garden that houses different animals like ducks, rabbits, and turtles. Otantik Tas Ev has close proximity to both the airport and nearby beaches that range from undiscovered natural treasures to kitesurf hubs like Akyaka. We really enjoyed the traditional Turkish breakfast they serve.

We stayed with ou4 two children there one night before our flight from dalaman airport. The reception were friendly and welcoming in general. The lobby is good for such size and in this class hotel. We could not provide family room for 4, so offered two separate rooms. Though we have asked 2 days before to give the rooms next to each other, they could not do it. We even asked in the reception...

I am very disappointed with the hotel. It is in the process of renovation, I got a room on the 3rd floor, where nothing is renovated. Last night I was bitten by a spider or something. The TVs are very small and non-functional. I hope the services at this hotel improve.

Stayed next door to here. It looked lovely - very nice apartments, 2 outdoor pools, pool bar. Can't comment on indoor areas or food but it is located in a quiet area, which is a short walk to the centre of Dalyan.

Just back from our 10 day stay at Montana, this was our 4th visit and the 5th visit is already being planned. Its a lovely small family running hotel with great staff who truly look after you. This is a nice hotel with luxurious and clean rooms. Location is only thing that could be better as it’s a little bit more outside of the city center (~10 min walk). They offer an on table breakfast with nice and fresh food. And they are flexible in handling requests if you want to change the booking. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Loved the quiet location yet with shops and transport nearby. The property does need higher beds and higher toilet seat, as are way too low - not convenient at all for people with disabilities or older people. Please have equality for all. Loved the balcony listening to the birds. Also need to address the health and safety aspects with cables , wires, etc for guests safety.

The business is nice, warm environment, everyone is smiling, we were very pleased about it. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned, there are many items in the kitchen, so you should not have any problems with that. Lovely hotel . Lovely grounds & pool . Not far from centre of town . Staff r really helpful especially Eric. If hairdryer is important to people u don't need to take one with u . The only downside for us was the bedding . Far too small for size of bed otherwise perfect.

Lovely family holiday - fantastic accommodation with a great atmosphere and close to the town. The villas are clean, the pool area/gardens are superb and the staff are brilliant and friendly. Wonderful hotel for our 10 day stay. All the staff, especially Jucel and Dogan, were so kind and helpful and couldn't have done more to make sure we had everything we needed and took such good care of us. Very clean hotel and the location is perfect for easy access to shops, restuarants, river trips etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be back next year. Thank you all so much.

Stayed two nights to have a day and a bit to explore Dalyan. Used the hotel solely as an accommodation base. Breakfast good, owner very helpful and does speak excellent English. Sorted taxi for us back to airport. Only other guests we saw were Brits. NOTE: the hotel is not by the river as some maps show. It is only a short walk away however (although in the rain it feels a lot longer)

A cozy, clean and atmospheric hotel, located in a great location with a sufficient choice of dishes for breakfast. The furniture is a little tired, but this does not interfere with the overall wonderful perception. Thanks to the staff for their work!

Honestly the best stay we have had in Dalyan, rooms were cleaned daily, new bedding and towels every other day. The pool and pool bar were kept very clean and it was nice a quiet. The food in the bar was amazing quality and very cheap! Only a 2 minute walk into town. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay, will be staying here again!

Me and my son just came home from a two week vacation at the Basar hotel I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. I definitely would recommend it, it's in a perfect location and the hotel is so clean and pretty gardens, the pools are clean and really nice to relax perfect size pools. The owner was very kind. When we arrived at the taxi station in the evening, the driver, who had agreed on a price, took a longer route and asked for more money after we got out of the car. Although the house is a bit old, it has radiators, which is very convenient for drying shoes and clothes when they get wet on rainy days. There's a small elevator, which is also convenient for luggage. However, please note that check-in is at 2 PM, not 12 PM.

A great place to spend the night before a flight. We were greeted very warmly and had a delicious dinner in the cafe. Everything was clean, and there was hot water. It was a very pleasant overnight stay. The only problem was the transfer to the airport; we had to wait. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.
