Beyaz Villas in Dalyan

We have recently returned from a fab stay at Beyaz. We travelled with a big group of 15 including our 3 year old son and we couldn’t of been made to feel more welcome. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the fantastic staff. We loved meeting Dennis this year and think he’s a great addition. The apartments are spotless and only a short walk from the town which is full of great restaurants and bars. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Beyaz to anyone!

I’m running out of something different to say as each time we go to Beyaz ( our second home!) we have another wonderful time. Beyaz is a unique gem that continues to be the perfect place for a family holiday. We went mob handed as there were 15 of us & each had our own apartment. We were well looked after throughout our stay at Beyaz and the organised boat trips continue to be the highlight. Getting into Dalyan town is very easy & there are numerous restaurants & shops to choose from. The staff at Beyaz are what makes us so special. They get to know you & will help with all kinds of situations. For example we needed a mobility buggy for my Mum and they organised one for us which was delivered to Beyaz. That saved a lot of hassle and time. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.

Having had many splendid holidays at over the years we again returned for an 18 night break however this year turned out to be a little different. On the fourth night my wife fell in the main town, no alcohol involved and managed to fracture her shoulder, wrist and hand, she also caught her head, a subsequent trip and overnight stay at the hospital in Ortaca we returned to Beyaz. On top of the usual superb service we receive at Beyaz the staff have bent over backwards to make our stay as comfortable as possible for her. Nothing was too much trouble and our stay has been superb. Holidays are made by the people who look after you! Thank you Anna, Serda, Deniz and the team for all the help and guidance during our stay. You’re the number one team in Turkey.

Situated in a great location and only a 10 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Dalyan. We where made very welcome by everyone on arrival, from staff to other guests. Apartments are very spacious and very clean indeed and excellent value for money. We had an absolutly fabulous time there and would recommend it to anyone. A small but very friendly and relaxing holiday. We just can't thank the staff and other holidaymakers for a great holiday.

Lovely family holiday - fantastic accommodation with a great atmosphere and close to the town. The villas are clean, the pool area/gardens are superb and the staff are brilliant and friendly. The trips they put on are not to be missed - we enjoyed them as much this time as we did the last time. Thank you everyone for a wonderful holiday and we will be back soon!

We booked this very last minute (24 hours before) Tim couldn’t have been more helpful with his prompt communication and managed to squeeze us in. The hotel has a real family environment. The rooms are great, very well equipped and the pool area is also lovely - it’s really shaded which is great in the hot sun. The villa is location very centrally to some lovely restaurants in Dalyan. Special shout out to Anna and her sons who were lovely. We didn’t eat an evening meal here but did have some delicious breakfasts and some fab lunches, food simple and fresh, delicious! We had an amazing 6 night stay and we are already looking at potential dates to bring the children next year.

I’ve been visiting beyaz for a number of years now and it never disappoints. The staff, the food and the location is just perfect. Beyaz is located in a peaceful, quiet area and just a short walk from the beautiful town centre. The apartments are very clean and comfortable as well as the pool area; which are cleaned on a regular basis. It’s always lovely to see many old friends and meet new friends at beyaz every year. From relaxing days around the pool too lovley trips provided by the hotel this is the perfect holiday destination!!

We enjoyed a very good holiday in Dalyan at the beginning of June. Dalyan is a beautiful place, situated on a river with access to the sea by way of a 30 minute and interesting boat ride through the atmospheric reeds. This was made even more enjoyable by our stay at the Beyaz Villas . We were met by a free taxi at the airport and , on arrival were given a very warm welcome by our hosts Sarah and Tim. Throughout, they were friendly yet not intrusive . They were helpful and kind when I became unwell, even staying up until 3 a.m . and doing all they could to make me comfortable. They are very family orientated and have made Beyaz Villas a wonderful place for all ages. The Villas, which are a complex of very attractive apartments, are run by an appealing Turkish manager, Sirdar and his English wife ,Anna. They were very efficient and helpful , keeping everything in perfect order and ensuring all needs were attended to promptly. The complex is situated in a peaceful residential location about half a mile from Dalyan centre. Most guests found it an easy walk in , but reasonably priced taxis were readily available for those who felt the need. My apartment was situated on the first floor.. It was nicely equipped, with a very comfortable bed, a cool lounge with plenty of seating and air conditioning in both rooms. The bathroom with a superb shower was spotlessly clean. I sat on my balcony in the morning shade and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings or down to the pool for a swim or a lounge on the patio in the sun, again very clean with lots of space. Breakfast on the patio was included. This was continental buffet style with fruit, yoghurt , cereal and the most delicious home made jams and marmalade. Eggs were to order and as much toast and coffee as required. Fresh orange and pomegranate juice was also available. Sirdar also offered lunch and dinner to order and these were served on the patio at any requested time. It was a very relaxing holiday in a beautiful area and I have no hesitation in recommending Beyaz Villas to all generations.

Stayed at Beyaz Villas for many years with family and friends, love it there. a friendly, welcoming place, nothing is too much trouble for Serdar and staff. He organises trips exclusively for Beyaz guests. Breakfast is amazing, with choice of eggs, fresh bread, home made jams , honey and cake, cheeses, meat, olives, fruit, tomato, yoghurt etc- all freshly prepared-yummy! Spacious apartments with small kitchen, fridge and air conditioning. Have booked to go back again next year for three weeks. have met Tim and Sarah, the owners, many times and they are very welcoming. fab pool too......
