Very nice place. Friendly family run Hotel. Nice clean rooms. Beautiful Gardens and pool. Would recommend a stay here. Perfect location for the weekly market every Saturday & a short walk into the centre of Dalyan

The hotel is very close to the market, about 10-15 min walk into town. Lovely swimming pool. Turkish breakfast each morning and the twin room was fine for the money paid. The two daughters didn’t speak good English but tried to help out. The cleaning lady was very nice. Good value for money for a budget holiday

Just returned from here, not good. The family who run it are very unwelcoming, especially the father. Rooms are very dated, had to ask on day 3 to have our room cleaned. The breakfast was poor, no water had to ask for a bottle everyday. We felt like we were being watched by the father all the time. When we had a problem with no electricity and no water, there was no apologies. The only pleasant member of staff was a lady on housekeeping. I would advise anyone thinking of booking here not to bother. I understand there was a language barrier but everyone can smile.

Extremely good swimming pool, hotel was nice and in quiet area. We had beautiful views of the mountains and pool. Nice location. Room was cleaned on a daily basis. We had working Wi-Fi and working air conditioner. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Suggested places to eat and helped with other matters too. In hindsight we should have stayed here for longer and hired car and come back in the evening as next hotel was not as good. Would love to go back again. I felt an update on TripAdvisor was needed for this hotel As last reviews were quite out of date and old. Extremely good swimming pool, hotel was nice and in quiet area. We had beautiful views of the mountains and pool. Nice location. My son loved the simple breakfast. Room was cleaned on a daily basis. We had working Wi-Fi and working air conditioner. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Suggested places to eat and helped with other matters too. Hotel was excellent, friendly staff nice pool area, Rooms were nice and clean. Dalyan is a quiet part of turkey compared to places like Marmaris and Icmeler would highly recommend this place. not to far from the main shopping centres and food outlets.
