Stayed for one night in mid-January. The hotel atmosphere was comfortable and quiet enough, perfect for resting. The service was prompt, and the reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a great variety of options, the taste was standard hotel fare. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Came here 26 Sept as part of a Marella Cruise Gems of the Ancient Era TUI tour for the included lunch. Arrived to find car park full of about 20 coaches. Not a good sign. Ushered into a very large dining area similar to what you get in large schools. No space available so put in waiting area for 15 mins then back in for food. It was a buffet. Chicken pieces were cold. Was some cold pasta but no idea what the rest of the very limited selection was as there was no food labeling. All the staff seemed very rushed and stressed. At table we were given one drink of bottled beer from a roving trolley. When one of our party took a bottle of water from it staff rushed over all excited but then decided it was OK as we on the TUI tour. No one that I spoke to liked the food or place. No staff enquired if we liked the food. TUI need to seriously reconsider coming to this place as it badly let's the tour down and for that reason I would not recommend it. Take a private tour of Ephesus and go to a decent proper resteraunt not something that is probably far worse than modern school meals.

Staff hair was found in the ready-made buffet meals. Wearing a hairnet is recommended. The windows in the room were very dirty, and a squashed spider was inside. Greater attention to cleanliness is needed.

We arrived at the hotel yesterday at 10:30 p.m. and were given three rooms: 301, 302, and 303. Unfortunately, our stay fell far short of the standards expected of a four-star hotel.

Room 303 was practically unusable due to a strong and unpleasant odor emanating from the air conditioning unit. It only improved slightly after extensive ventilation.

The towels were dirty and gray, the beds extremely hard and very uncomfortable – it felt like sleeping on rocks. There was even a dirty fingernail on the floor in room 302 – absolutely unacceptable.

Breakfast was also disappointing: the selection was very limited, most of it tasteless – only the eggs were acceptable.

I travel frequently and this is the first time I've experienced a hotel in such a state for such a high price. I am extremely dissatisfied!

The hotel looks very gorgeous. Dinners and breakfast are quite good but the view from the room is quite disappointing. In the night all the fans from electronic devices are so loud that you get flashbacks from sleeping in the airplane.
