All my stars are for the owner, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. The neighborhood felt cozy, the locals were lovely, there were many great local restaurants just behind the hotel, and the breakfast was simply amazing.
The room size was definitely small—possibly because the bed shown in the pictures looked smaller than the one we actually had. It’s manageable for two people on a short stay, but the bathroom was extremely small and quite uncomfortable. The lighting in both the room and bathroom was also poor; improving it would make the stay much better—this is my suggestion.

The staff are friendly and nice, but the bathroom is very small. It's like an airplane bathroom. It's a bit cramped to wash or wash your face. ㅠㅠ

The owner is friendly and the breakfast is a small home-cooked affair, they are very nice people. Zafash handled check in and out for us , he is a very nice gentleman from Konya. He helped us with our luggages as there is no lift for this property. Our 2-person room facing the road was nice and had a balcony. But the 3-person room beside it was very cramped and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell when the toilet cistern was not covered. I felt it was more a hostel than a hotel for the 3-person room. So our experiences differed depending on the room. Overall it was alright for a one night stay and people in Selcuk are lovely and helpful.

Lovely boutique hotel. Friendly hosts, gave us breakfast even though we were late returning from a morning outing. Well situated in the old town. We loved sitting on the little balcony for breakfast which was a super mix of fresh and bright items. The ensuite bathroom was quite tiny, but everything was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

What I liked: 1. The location is literally 200 meters from the station, which is very convenient. 2. The street is well-lit, with plenty of restaurants and small shops. 3. Opposite is the old aqueduct and a building with the history of Selcuk. 4. The staff is friendly – you can leave your luggage and they help you with it. 5. Excellent breakfasts and wonderful coffee.
6. The hotel has a great atmosphere.
What I didn't like: If it weren't for this, the rating would have been higher. I was upgraded to an economy room, even though I booked a standard room with a balcony. I realized this later, but they didn't change the room. Standard rooms are slightly larger, cleaner, more elegant, and more comfortable. A balcony would also have been nice.
Nevertheless, the next time I'm in Selcuk, I'll probably choose this same hotel. But I'll still ask for a different room.

Some of the kindest and most loviest people we met on our travels run this hotel. The location couldn’t be more convenient if arriving by train. Morning breakfasts were delicious and a wholesome way to start the day. Room was comfortable with a nice view out over the street and even the top of the castle. They aren’t as sound proof as some hotels but only a minor point, nothing to keep you up or disturb your stay.

Had a great experience. Breakfast was really good and rooms were clean as well. The hotel staff is very helpful. They arranged early breakfast as we had a bus to catch and also the owner drove us to the bus station as it was raining.

Stayed here for a couple of days a few months ago to visit Ephesus ancient city, Ephesus museum and Sirince.
Juned and Zafir were very hospitable and gave us a warm welcome and very approachable. The lady who served us breakfast every morning… she was awesome. Didn’t manage to get her name but she always smile and has this positive energy about her.
The breakfast itself was a delight, looked forward to it every morning.
As for the hotel location, it is near the train station, which was what we wanted; about a 5-10 minute walk to the bus station with Dolmus that goes to and from Ephesus and Sirince. Many good restaurants within walking distance. And the Ephesus Museum is just across the street.
The room always clean. We took the room with a balcony, a big comfortable bed, a safe and basic amenities were provided.
Highly recommended.

What a lovely place, a hidden gem!
We got here after visiting Ephesus and before going to the museum. Authentic turkish food in a familly run business.
The prices are low and fair, the quality and taste is great! Good service and a place you shouldn’t miss if you are in the area and want to eat really good food!
The Çay is free, if you choose to drink some.

We were delighted by the authentic Turkish cuisine served here! The Mixed Appetizer Platter stood out as our personal favorite, perfectly complemented by the refreshing yogurt and aromatic Turkish tea. The prices were incredibly reasonable, offering excellent value without the inflated "touristy" feel. Highly recommended for a genuine taste of Turkey!

Delicious, fresh cooked food for you from a family run restaurant. Good prices and nice to sit outside. It’s right next to the Ephesus archaeological museum so we ate here after and it was perfect
