This nice little cozy hotel is in an excellent location since it's very close to the train/metro station and within walking distance of the bus terminal. Our comfort w/balcony room was very clean and we loved sitting on the balcony watching the streets below us, while enjoying the sun or having some beer. Breakfast is delicious and they run a little cafe right in front of their lobby and the coffee tastes great too.
The owner, Cüneyt, his brother and staff are extremely friendly and will help you out with anything you need. Plus, their hospitality is out of this world as they will treat everyone like they're part of their family!
We loved everything about the hotel, the city, and its people. The only downside is that our stay was too short.

Only stayed for one night but throughly enjoyed it the host's were lovely nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was plentiful and was presented lovely. The rooms had everything you needed and were spotless. Its also in a great location for the shops and st. John's basilica. Great value

This is a really nice place. Situated close to everything that matters, has enough parking places around, the rooms are clean, airy, with balconies overlooking the castle and the old town. The owner is a really nice guy, helps in every way and speaks fluent English, which is a rare thing in Turkey. The breakfast is good and hearty. And it's not at all expensive. In fact it is cheaper than a lot of worse places I've seen in Turkey.

The hotel is within walking distance from otogar, which is really convenient. The room was not too big, but really cozy. Although there’s no elevator, the staff were so willing to help, and they also helped me book and confirm the airport shuttle. Breakfast was also amazing🙌 I really enjoyed the stay:)

I had a good stay in this hotel. I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. Basic and clean room, but the only thing I wish they have was a ref (even just the small one).
They also offer free plated breakfast.
The staff are very helpful and accommodating.
During my last day, the shower doesn’t have hot water and it was still cold, end of winter, start of spring so it was hard taking a bath. But over all I would still stay in this hotel when I come back.

Clean, quiet, great location, and with friendly and generous hosts. The kind of hotel that sets the standard for a tourist class hotel. As others have said, the breakfast buffet is wonderful and the rooftop terrace delightful. There is easy access to the train for Izmir and the airport, and the bus station is nearby, as well. If you need a taxi, be sure to first ask if the brothers' dad is available to take you where you want to go.

Extremely warm and friendly service. Excellent, fresh breakfast buffet with a nice view. Rooms were a bit tired but comfortable bed that got the job done! Great value.

A splendid experience for our group. JuJu and Jimmy are amazing hosts, always going the extra mile for us. We left feeling more like family than guests. The location is perfect, and the Turkish breakfast provided is a feast to remember.

We stayed here for two nights to visit Ephesus and must say was such a wonderful place. Centrally located, good breakfast, comfy rooms and have to mention about the lovely owners of the hotel. Mr. Junaid and Jimmy. Incredibly hospitable, offers help and advice on what one can do in Selcuk.
The breakfast room on the top floor offers spectacular views of the castle and St. Johns Bascillica, the town and surrounding area. The breakfast itself was a good variety and quite tasty.

A wonderful hotel where we had a very nice stay. The owner was very kind, helpful and generous.
He helped us with everything from getting to the hotel, going around the area, and answered all our questions (which were a lot of questions).
The breakfast buffet was very good and tasty, with many options.
The rooms were blue and very relaxing when you enter them.
Finally the location is really good, close to the train station (3 min walk), bus station (8 min walk), and the town square is also very close with many shops and markets all around you.
So I recommend it.
