The hotel has recently been renovated, so it's very new and clean, and the room size is quite spacious. The front desk service is excellent, and the location is good and quiet. The "Chinese Restaurant" about 700 meters' walk from the hotel has delicious food; we ate there twice.
The owner is so warm and friendly! And the hotel breakfast is amazing!
Conveniently located near the Ephesus Archaeological Museum with parking available. The breakfast was plentiful, and the courtyard was beautiful.
During the Turkey trip, we stayed in 4 hotels and the Livia Garden Hotel was the best. Hotel is cozy and clean. Then environment comfortable and warm. The staff are kind and helpful. They recommended a restaurant for me, “Mekan”. It’s great! Good price, vibe and foods. Erdem told me that I forgot to pick up my camera after I left. Great thanks , Erdem! Highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
Livia...
Beautiful environment, attentive service, and the boss is very handsome! The orange tree in the yard was bearing fruit, and the boss gave us a few oranges. All the people we met in the town, including the hotel, were so kind. When we first arrived, we got lost and couldn't find the hotel. Someone came up to us and asked us, and told us that we should go to Livia Garden Hotel. Special thanks to everyone
The hotel has been renovated and is now called Livia Garden. Don't find the wrong location. The style is like a homestay in a small town, with a garden and swimming pool downstairs, which is antique and has a sense of age. The boss is very welcoming and the breakfast is very rich. A very good living experience.

The hotel is a bit run down, located at behind street, bungalow lot with small pool. You can view far caused it is at high area. The furniture and interior bit old but the breakfast quite good
It's quiet up in the mountains. But if you're looking for a place to eat or wander around, it's better to go down below.
excellent hospitality from the owner Okyay with detailed info and instruction. great room on the 2nd floor with fabulous view on whloe city.
Charming little hotel with great view, and a lovely pool surrounded by shaded tables and chaises lounges.
Amazing view from Villa Dreams...I only wished we stayed more than 1 night. We booked the King Room with Spa Bath and it had 2 patios and 1 patio had 2 levels and a big soaker tub. Delicious breakfast on the patio overlooking the town and Temple of Artemis. I think we must've been on the highest point in Selcuk too. Staff was super nice and helped us with bags and advice. We arrived early at noon...
Clean room with great views. They give you 1 big bottle of water everyday (we are 3 people not enough but is ok convenience store near by) in comparison to another hotel in Istanbul they stop giving complimentary water on the second day. Only complimentary tea given in room, so coffee lovers buy your own instant coffee before coming here.
Breakfast with a view, amazing. Food is delicious and healthy...

The staff are friendly and nice, but the bathroom is very small. It's like an airplane bathroom. It's a bit cramped to wash or wash your face. ㅠㅠ
Other than that, it's okay.
All my stars are for the owner, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. The neighborhood felt cozy, the locals were lovely, there were many great local restaurants just behind the hotel, and the breakfast was simply amazing.
The room size was definitely small—possibly because the bed shown in the pictures looked smaller than the one we actually had. It’s manageable for two people on a short stay, but...
The owner is friendly and the breakfast is a small home-cooked affair, they are very nice people. Zafash handled check in and out for us , he is a very nice gentleman from Konya. He helped us with our luggages as there is no lift for this property. Our 2-person room facing the road was nice and had a balcony. But the 3-person room beside it was very cramped and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell...
Lovely boutique hotel. Friendly hosts, gave us breakfast even though we were late returning from a morning outing. Well situated in the old town. We loved sitting on the little balcony for breakfast which was a super mix of fresh and bright items. The ensuite bathroom was quite tiny, but everything was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.
What I liked: 1. The location is literally 200 meters from the station, which is very convenient. 2. The street is well-lit, with plenty of restaurants and small shops. 3. Opposite is the old aqueduct and a building with the history of Selcuk. 4. The staff is friendly – you can leave your luggage and they help you with it. 5. Excellent breakfasts and wonderful coffee.
6. The hotel has a great atmosphere...
Some of the kindest and most loviest people we met on our travels run this hotel. The location couldn’t be more convenient if arriving by train. Morning breakfasts were delicious and a wholesome way to start the day. Room was comfortable with a nice view out over the street and even the top of the castle. They aren’t as sound proof as some hotels but only a minor point, nothing to keep you up or disturb...

It's a homestay. The old lady who runs it is very kind. The facilities are a bit old, but it's acceptable for a one-night stay.
The staff is kind. There are only stairs inside the hotel. The bathroom door is broken and difficult to open and close. Everything else is OK and acceptable.
The door was locked when checking in. There was no sound when I rang the doorbell and knocked on the door. I contacted the hotel through trip.com and the staff answered the phone immediately and opened the door for us.
The hotel is very clean. The keeper is very helpful and would do extra miles to make you enjoying your stay. The beds are comfortable, and hot water in the bathroom is great
Thank you Mr. Barış, a friend who talks less but does a lot. Close to everywhere, we stayed for 1 night, everything was perfect, thank you very much.
The place is really cute, clean and cosy. They’ve done traditional but minimalist interior which is really lovely to experience. It’s close-ish to the train/bus stop, about 10-12 minutes on foot. Most importantly, Baris was the most amazing host! He was friendly and so welcoming. He made me feel right at home and safe as a female solo traveler. I highly recommend this guest house.
Bed and toilet Super clean, the owner even upgrade our room to a bigger room, nice and sweet Turkish breakfast, nice service and owner. Thank you so much

In general this hotel is good for stay, quite near the centre, just walk few minutes to area which has a lot restaurants. The breakfast is home-made note buffet but I prefer this more than. During the time I stayed here the electric was shutdown for a while in the morning, the bathroom is not so okay when the door is broken. Anyway the price is reasonable compared with other hotel in this city
The location is very good, it is about a 10-minute walk from the Church of St. John, the ruins of the Temple of Artemis, and the Ephesus Museum, and a 6-7-minute drive from the ancient city of Ephesus. The hotel is a family-style B&B with 5 rooms and a small courtyard. The room is not big, the space for unpacking the suitcase is a bit tight, and the bathroom is also small. But it was very clean and...
The location is relatively close to the train station, but because the terrain is rugged, the ground is paved with stone slabs, and it is very difficult to move with luggage, and it was difficult to find it. The room is a bit small and barely has enough space for luggage. The bathroom shower room does not have a shelf for shower gel and other items, which is very inconvenient. The surrounding environment...
The room was clean and tidy, smelled fresh, and the boss was very nice. Since it was the off-season, not many people checked in. Our train arrived late. We left a message on the order form to inform the boss that we were not sure about arriving at a late time. When we arrived, we found that the boss was already waiting there. For a long time. We kept our luggage there, and agreed with the boss to pick...
It's quite new, very close to Ephesus, and the breakfast is OK. However, there is a charge for breakfast and coffee, it is very noisy with motorcycles flying by at night, and dogs bark in the morning. It was a bit of a farm stay, so there was no quilt, so I had to ask for it. Just don't expect too much and it'll be fine
The location is about three kilometers away from the ancient city of Ephesus. It is very convenient for us to drive by ourselves. The car is parked on the road and it is very safe. The B&B is not big, with a total of five rooms. The first floor is a bar and front desk. When we arrived, there were two young handsome guys at the front desk. They spoke good English and were very friendly and down-to-earth...

It was a wonderful vacation with my whole family, and we had a great time!

Clean room in a quiet location. Close to the train station and the places of interest. Nina was very friendly and helpful.
Great location for main attractions of Selcuk. Local produce used for breakfast. Our room was a little dark and the furniture was really too large for the room, but very clean and comfortable. The real asset of the hotel is the host Nina who is such a lovely person. The owners need to treasure her as she made our visit so enjoyable and would rebook just because of her.
Clean room, walkable to areas of interest and restaurants.
The property was a fully renovated historic house with authentic decor and modern amenities. The hostess Nina was charming and helpful. Full breakfast. Close to historic sites.
Thank you very much for this hotel

There are better hotels.
Bella is simple but could use a deep cleaning. The staff are somewhere between miserable and detached. There are signs of minor disrepair everywhere. Beds are fine but dont have top sheets, just a strange, thin almost towel-like blanket.
Keep looking.
Fatih and his family welcomed us like old friends and was very hospitable.
The terrace was undergoing some renovations and will be top notch when complete I’m sure.
We were allowed to keep our cold stuff in the staff fridge as there are no fridges in the rooms.
As you can’t put toilet paper in the toilet and must put it in the little bin provided in the bathroom I would suggest having bins with lids...
Very convenient location. There's a terrace with a beautiful view. The building itself is very interesting, covered in climbing plants. Close to attractions and amenities.
The location is close to the station and Dolmushi Terminal, the terrace offers a beautiful view, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is friendly. If I ever return to Selcuk, I'll definitely choose the Bella Hotel again. I'm leaving with such wonderful memories.

Just fine . We shall go back whenever possible
This hotel is rustic and on the way to Sirince oldtown. Unfortunately it has no spacious parking space and you have to cross the street to get there. The restaurant inside is a traditional breakfast spot, and I assume they also serve lunch and dinner. There is a winter garden as well, but you have to enter the kitchen to get there.

Stayed as part of a tour group. The hotel was basic, but cozy and clean. Good location in a quiet little street, and the owner was very hosptiable.
Room was very clean, great breakfast, lovely helpful staff and a good location - recommended
The staff, and particularly our host Emrir, were very helpful, polite, and readily available. Whilst our room was small, it was cosy and was always clean and tidy. We could also sit in the courtyard adjacent to the pool and enjoy the sunshine. Overall, our stay was very good value!
The room was spacious, with a living room and a clean, cool tiled floor.

Our stay was very nice, the owner was always at the property, the room was clean and big, but as you can see they also take daily guests to the outdoor pool and for this reason the pool is always crowded and noisy, the breakfast is nice and sufficient, the facility is clean
The hotel owner and staff are very attentive. It's one of the cleanest places we've seen. It's a quiet place, surrounded by nature, where you feel right at home. It's also a perfect choice for children. You can go with peace of mind.
The location is stunning, in a valley surrounded by rocky peaks and orchards. Great infinity pool.
It is a very nice place. However, it was not pleasant because people were allowed to use the pool area for the day. Even if they were allowed to use it as a family, it would have been better. There were young people jumping in the pool and cursing among themselves, which made us feel uncomfortable. It does not look nice in a family place. Everything else was perfect.
The property is stunning and tranquil with a beautiful view. The breakfast was the best I have had in Turkey with homemade preserves, and very plentiful.
The host is such a lovely lady & her staff are equally lovely.
I didn’t give full points for facilities as the kitchen was a little bit lacking with the necessities, a larger frying pan and/or an oven tray plus salt & pepper would have been helpful...
The hotel staff (includng the owner) are very friendly. The propoerty is about 5 min drive away from a town and very quiet and green. When we stayed, the pool wasn't open but it would be a nice place to relax by the pool after visiting Ephesus in a hot day.

I loved every detail of this place. The room was so beautifully designed with Greco-Roman elements, the shower was clean . The stay was comfortable . The breakfast was simple, ethnic tastes. Highly recommend this place!
Got in to this place at 2am and they were super gracious. It was THE most beautiful boutique hotel ever! I’ve been all around Europe and the states and Never fell in love as fast with a place. It was gorgeous!!
It's more of a family-style hotel, a charming old house that's been converted. It's right next to the museum and the castle; you can buy tickets directly at the hotel entrance to get in. However, there are no toothbrushes, and the breakfast selection is quite limited, though you can ask the kitchen to make you an omelet or something similar.
Celsus Boutique Hotel is a charming boutique gem—clean, tastefully decorated, and ideally located within walking distance of Selçuk’s top attractions.
