It's a spartan but cozy pension in the center of Selçuk. The room was clean, and the hosts were super helpful. They also let us check in earlier as we arrived from a night bus journey. The place is simple, but the 2 ladies that run the pension are lovely. They also offered to make us breakfast. We can totally recommend it if you are not looking for a luxury stay but a real and familiar environment.

The sincerity and hospitality of an old lady was good, but the comfort in the rooms was inadequate. It is nice that it is central, but much better options can be found for similar prices.

We enjoyed our stay at Vardar Pension in Selcuk. The rooms, although very tight with beds for four people, were clean, and so was the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, the aircon worked pretty well and having a small balcony was great for drying clothes that we washed by hand there. Looking at the photos, we expected a pool at the place, but the pool is actually about 20 minutes out of town via dolus (pretty easy to get to/from) at a mountain pension owned by the same person who owns Vardar. Just a heads-up! The pool is well worth the trip out there, though! Vardar is conveniently located, walking distance from the main Selcuk bus terminal, with busses to Ephesus leaving there every 15 minutes or so. The breakfast was simple and delicious, and the staff are friendly. A recommended spot to stay if you're in need of a night or two while visiting Ephesus.

Cyclists friendly!
I stayed four nights in this place because Selçuk have some many places to visit and also I had three days of rain. The owners are very friendly, I had no problem to store my bycicle and the place its safe, clean and well located. I recomend!

A family run business. The daughter at the reception was very friendly and helpful, the old mother was also nice. It is ok to stay for a night here but don't expect much, it is very basic. We were looking for an affordable place which was somewhat clean and didn't stink and found this one after viewing several horrible hotels in the area. We paid 550tl for 3 people w/o breakfast in Sept. There is only one power socket. The floors were not very clean, they could improve on that. They did have towels, soap and wifi in the room. Right next to the bus station and close to the metro.

The room was spacious enough, with air conditioning. The interior is like you visit grandmother's house - very nostalgic.
The hosts were friendly and welcoming. I totally recommend the place. It is in the city centre.

This Hotel run with old age family, grandpapa over 83 years old, owner about 66 years old, very lovely family, take care guest, room comfortable and clean, breakfast very nice, they speak a little bit English, but very helpful.

What a lovely place, a hidden gem!
We got here after visiting Ephesus and before going to the museum. Authentic turkish food in a familly run business.
The prices are low and fair, the quality and taste is great! Good service and a place you shouldn’t miss if you are in the area and want to eat really good food!
The Çay is free, if you choose to drink some.

We were delighted by the authentic Turkish cuisine served here! The Mixed Appetizer Platter stood out as our personal favorite, perfectly complemented by the refreshing yogurt and aromatic Turkish tea. The prices were incredibly reasonable, offering excellent value without the inflated "touristy" feel. Highly recommended for a genuine taste of Turkey!

Delicious, fresh cooked food for you from a family run restaurant. Good prices and nice to sit outside. It’s right next to the Ephesus archaeological museum so we ate here after and it was perfect
