This is a family managed hotel,we Stayed for one night, first room provided had defective AC, upon request from the manager our room was changed to another with a working AC.
room are very small and a little challenging while 3 persons are trying to move at the same time from a corner to the other.
Regarding cleanliness of the rooms:
The second room which was provided had a very dirty mirror and the empty shampoo containers of previous guests was left in the bathroom.
Breakfast was normal and acceptable for the price.
Managers were very helpful regarding information important to tourists such as directions, restaurants etc...

The wall is quite thin I can hear ppl from the room next to me talk. The room has a kettle but doesn't has a cup or a spoon.

We are coming to the Ave Maria Hotel for our work in Selçuk. Every time we come, we stay here. It offers an extremely clean, quiet, and safe environment. With its breakfast service in the morning, it is the right choice to start the day.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Ave Maria. It is run by a beautiful family and they made sure that everything was fine when I checked in. They are very kind and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very well located. It is close to the bus station and also close to restaurants and other attractions in the city. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Selçuk.

Very nice stay. Small boutique hotel
Very nice boutique small hotel. Rooms were small but comfortable and clean.

Hotel has an elevator AND parking, that it's a PLUS.
WI FI was very bad from the rooms,

Breakfast was ok, with not a very large selection.

The location was great, walking distance to restaurants, and souvenir shopping

Also walking distance to the CASTLE, AND ST JOHN BASILICA.

Owner was very friendly and helpful with tips about restaurants close by.

We will come back to this nice hotel, if we come back to SELCUK.

A quaint Bavarian feel to this place. It was clean. Nice breakfast. Close to Ephesus. Parking onsite.

Wonderful friendly staff, really comfortable and clean. Great breakfast. Dolmuş nearby to take you to the ancient city of Ephesus.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall is good, the location is a bit far from Selcuk station but it's a wonderful walking distance in this small town.
Breakfast is good, staff are friendly.

Great hotel! We came with a large group and stayed for a week. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, always tea ready throughout the day. The rooms are clean. Overall the hotel gives a warm homie feeling. Highly recommend, will be back!
