Delux Apart Otel in Ayder

We stopped at Aydar Köroğlu Otel for lunch during our visit to Ayder Plateau and were blown away by the food and service. The köfte (Turkish meatballs) were so delicious we ended up ordering a second round — perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. The fresh Ayran and crisp salad complemented the meal beautifully, and the tea was some of the best we’ve had in the region.

What really made the experience stand out were the two incredible young women running the kitchen and service. They handled everything — cooking, serving, and checking in on us — with genuine warmth and efficiency. It’s rare to see that level of hospitality and care.

Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Ayder. This place is a hidden gem.

The hotel's location and view were truly beautiful. I also found the food and desserts quite adequate and satisfying. I never had any problems with hot water. I definitely recommend staying here. The only downside was that the water flowing beside the hotel made noise, but this didn't bother us much; on the contrary, I personally found it pleasant to fall asleep to the sound of the water.

We stayed at this hotel during our school trip. My friends and I were very pleased with everything. The food was great, they treated us well, and the hotel's location was wonderful. The view from the window, of mountains, rivers, and forests, was breathtaking. They had made the muhlama (a local dish) and rice pudding especially well.

The rooms are clean, the rooms are spacious and the location is central, the view is like a painting, the food is delicious compared to the black sea, home cooking varieties, smiling faces, nice conversation! good luck with your effort

The view that does not look like the postcards... the inspiring cleanliness... we spent a quiet, calm, peaceful day and night... I would definitely recommend it...👍

The music was number ten

The employees were very concerned and warm blooded. The breakfast was good. The rooms were slightly cold in winter. The price was more affordable compared to the surrounding area and the hotel was very clean.
