I had a wonderful stay at this mountain hotel in Ayder. The natural surroundings are absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect escape from the busy city life The comfort of the hotel truly stood out — the rooms were warm, clean, and very cozy, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were also kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Wishing the team continued success and many happy guests in the future. I would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and tranquility in the mountains

It was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. We were amazed by the staff, the service, and especially the view. I can stay there without getting bored.

I rarely give a low rating, but this is one of those cases. The only way to get to the hotel from the parking lot is to walk uphill through mud/snow/grass for about 50 meters, dogs are not allowed to enter the hotel without an escort or a repeller, you need to call the administrator. The hotel itself is very poorly made, roadside motels in Ebenevo are more respectable, there is almost nothing to eat from the menu, air conditioning (snow and mud outside), the worst failure is the breakfast and the price of accommodation. For breakfast, one omelet for two and the remains of jam from someone else's table. The standard price in the hotel without breakfast is $ 35 instead of $ 150 per day. They treat this better than tourists. There are different hotels in Turkey, but finding a good one even for that kind of money is becoming difficult, it's sad.

We have requested to change our room and the receptionist responded in a nice way and fulfil our needs. The weather was amazing, but your jacket just in case it rains. Nice staff, awesome view, great atmosphere. It’s highly recommended place.

The hotel is on a hill and transportation is difficult for older people because you have to walk up. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean enough. The thing I didn't like the most was that they tried to get a price difference by offering a different room. I think it was an unethical and cheap behavior.

First and foremost, i would not recomment the hotel for elderly people or anyone who has leg/back problems. The only way to the hotel is hiking up a steep hill, and then walking up the never ending stairs until finally reaching the reception. After that there is an elevator that reaches the second floor, and if the second elevator is not working like in our case, and your room is above the 2nd floor you have to continue with your hiking journey walking up the stairs until the fourth floor.
Regardless of all the hardship, the view of the room was amazing, it had a view of the waterfall.
The room itself was good for a night stay, nothing special.
The staff were amazing, starting from the parking lot where we had to begin our hiking journey up until the reception, they were kind and helpful.
The staff took our luggage in the parking lot and transported them by a cable-car to the reception.

Overall, if you're young and have no health problems the hotel is among the best in the area, it has one of the best views to the waterfall.

Great hotel with friendly staff and absolutely delicious food and turkish dessert. Highly recommended. Beautiful view and a place to spend a lovely night along with a talented musician.

Lovely helpfull staff the hotel is up the hill you have to walk and go up stairs . You must be healthy to do that . The room was Not luxurious, but it was satisfying , the breakfast was great delicious on the terrace enjoying the wonderful natural views around you

Very nice view but it has very very small rooms, you can just sit on bed and enter 1x1 m bathroom, but outside is amazing, so you just spend night and go

DID NOT INCLUDE BREAKFAST IN THE ROOM RATE THAT I PAID CASH IN ADVANCE. Fire alarm went off 2:12 at night. Declared later that it was the smoke build up at the furnice room. TV message :" no signal". I found only snobby people looking at me with a lausy smile. Had to leave the room key to an empty reception desk! Nobody to check me out or care. Well if you're not taking the business serious NO NEED TO KEEP THE PLACE OPEN. NEVER AGAIN. FRUSTRATED.
