The spacious room and pet-friendly policy were great, but the uncomfortable atmosphere was due to the loud music and party all night until 4 AM. The night shift staff also failed to communicate and provide good service when we asked for water and room service in the morning. The parking lot was unsafe and unreliable, with my car jammed between two others and an empty wine bottle right beside the wheel. The dining room was filled with flies, and the broken AC made it uncomfortable to sleep. The walls weren’t soundproof as advertised, and we were overcharged for no reason. We were supposed to pay $245, but they charged us $290. Please pay attention and pay fees online instead of at the property.

“Disappointing Experience”
I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The reality was completely different from the photos shown on Booking.com.
1. View – It was nothing like what was advertised.
2. Location – Inconvenient and not as described.
3. Hotel and room quality – Poor and far from acceptable.

The most frustrating part was feeling deceived since the pictures on the website were misleading.
I do not recommend staying here!

We were looking to stay the night and went in to checkout the rooms. The young man at the front desk was very kind and took us in a tour of the entire hotel. The rooms offered great views and very clean. Pricing was reasonable. Location was spectacular. Although we decided to continue our travel, we will be back for a real stay. Limited parking was available in from of the property.

Location of the hotel was great. We had everything around us like different restaurants, supermarkets, bars, … the bad point is the rooms with city view are very loud. The hotel is at the Main Street and there are a lot of cars. If you keep your windows continuously closed, it’s better. But if you open them you can’t hear yourself talking. The only rooms with balcony are the suites. They don’t have standard rooms with a balcony unfortunately. Breakfast is great, stuff is friendly, but the hotel in general definitely needs a renovation. The beds were horrible uncomfortable for us. But the view from the restaurant is beautiful. You are very close to the beach. That’s great.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks. Very satisfied with the service. The receptionist met us at the parking lot and offered to help. The staff is the best. Also Seçil the girl at the reception is very cool, open, caring, attentive👍🏻Everything is new in the hotel. The room is clean, comfortable. Very comfortable bed.
I recommend your hotel to everyone. The best hotel😊 Thank you for warmly welcoming me! 🫶🏻

I spent 5 days at this Hotel , i really really felt like I am home and the stuff were super great ... This Hotel got the nicest sea view and the rooms are fantastic and clean ...
