Its ok for one night stay. Staff is very friendly. Hotel itself a bit outdated. Breakfast ok too.

It is a business with zero interest, which informs that a place has not been booked despite a reservation made 1 month in advance. There is a communication problem among the employees. Even though I called at 3 different times and received confirmation that there would be no problem, my reservation could not be found in the systems at night when I arrived in Samsun. If you don't want to feel worthless and get into a difficult situation, I would never recommend a hotel.

Its location is very nice. Staff friendly and clean hotel. Make sure to call ahead and make a reservation for the place.
