- 1) rooms were dirty, balcony was full of cigarette butts 2) my parents didn’t have hot water in their room 3) when we were on the breakfast (9.30 am) the staff decided to start cleaning the room of my parents and stole a pack of cigarettes. When we back after breakfast we were surprised that they are cleaning room at this time. After saying about cigarettes they gave it back without any “sorry”. Some of the hotel rooms are under renovation, which adds even more dirt and discomfort. It was the worst experience for us and I’m so sad my parents encountered theft
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. The shower was also a major drawback: the water only trickled out and was difficult to adjust – particularly inconvenient with children.
