The hotel is stunning. The service was amazing but the noise was not ok. The rooms were high end and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend and look forward to coming back again in the very near future.

You really have to be on upper floors here. It needs refurbishment as the rooms are old fashioned, but very clean and everything always works splendidly

Room cozy and clean and comfortable. Location not downtown but in safe quiet neighbourhood and only five to 10 minutes to downtown by taxi that is readily available at very good price. Staff very friendly and professional. I love Swissotel Ankara and the hospitality. Will come again for sure.

Wonderful hotel…breakfast buffet was amazing. Our room (615) was spotless when we arrived and stayed that way because Esra, our maid, was so thorough with daily tidying. We were even able to communicate through google translator.

We had a very lovely dinner dining experience at The Greenhouse restaurant. The food was delicious and well presented. Mustafa was professional and friendly, taking the time to chat and ensure my sister's allergy was accommadated. The wait staff were also friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself is very good, but the location is not very good. There is a gas station next to it. It takes a long time to walk to the shopping mall. You basically have to take a taxi to go out.

The staff were friendly and helpful - in particular Merve. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and we enjoyed having a chance to practice our very limited Turkish. The rooms are clean and spacious and the food delicious. Easy to find and plenty of parking .

The room feels newly renovated and is pretty good. The facilities and breakfast are ok. But the water in the shower is not hot enough. I don't know why the hot water in the basin is relatively hotter.

I recently had a fantastic one-night stay at Alba Hotel. The room was sparkling clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location in Kizilay is unbeatable, with restaurants, shops, and shopping malls all within walking distance. It's a half-hour drive from the airport. The location is good, on the edge of the city center, with convenient transportation. The hotel has no parking lot, so you need the front desk to help you park. The room has enough space.

We are going to get massages from almost all the neighbors, gym, baths, swimming pool, at least once a week. They put us in touch with both humble and very experienced employees. Our fitness teacher, Mr. Mukhteshem, and his physiotherapist friends were very helpful. I would say, especially for those who live in Dikmen, it is not in vain that they change the area.

I have stayed in INN HOUSE LOFT SPA for almost four weeks. The rooms are big and clean. I felt like I was at home because of the staff’s absolute care and kindness. There is a walking track approximately 3 minutes away from the hotel which is well made and lively. Atakule is approximately 10-15 minutes with a car and costs around 40-50 TL by taxi.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Silay Hotel. The experience was fantastic. The staff were polite, friendly, and extremely helpful with everything. When we needed a cab, they found us taxis in a couple of minutes which is almost impossible in Istanbul...

Decent hotel to stay in. However, parking is only for a maximum of like 3 cars for the whole hotel and is very tight!

The restaurant services was really bad, often they forget bring second dish to one person in table. The waiters didnt speak even basic english. Also food was no tasty and all the time they give the same things for breakfast. All the time there was a problem with key cards.
