We recently stayed at this hotel for five days, and while our experience had some ups and downs, there were definitely highlights. The first two days were quite uncomfortable due to the room being stuffy and overly warm

The new room was much more comfortable, and we were finally able to relax. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay, and the entire hotel was very clean, which made for a pleasant environment

However, when we mentioned this to the front desk, a very helpful staff member (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) quickly arranged for us to move to a new room
