Our room was not very clean, toilet looked like it wasn’t cleaned for few weeks, water in the shower was not draining properly and staying on the floor after shower. Things were falling apart, chair that we had in the room had broken back so we couldn’t properly lean back. I am allergic to dust and during whole stay my nose was blocked due to that. Overall I wasn’t happy with the cleanliness of the room despite having room service. I wouldn’t book it again.
Don’t be fooled by the nice pictures they posted online. It really felt like they didn’t care about the guests at all—only the money mattered to them. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
