Everything was great except the parking area wasn’t navigate correctly so we had to turn around the street a few times finally find it because the sign was literally small as a fine print this everything was good

Very accommodating staff. The facilities are very well-maintained, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. Perfect value for money!

A 4 day trip but had to ask for the towels to be changed and bins emptied also toilet paper, also no water in fridge. No-one spoke English. Breakfast was ok but no cold meats as you normally get in a Turkish hotel and no juices.

Located on the hillslope in the south of Kizlay, for walking it is not easy to reach. The room is very clean but there's no lid of the dust bin in the bathroom, so if we throw used paper from toilet it will be stinking. Shower gels and shampoo had very strong mint smell and not comfortable before sleep. Breakfast is average and there's no juice and only cold and hot water with tea bags are available, had only very small portion of meat and no sausage, no omlet but only boiled egg. The most negative part was that the Internet was so slow and even some foreign websites were not accessible at all. Overall it is not bad but there's much to improve and not competitive with other hotels in Ankara.

I had a second home in Ankara. The staff is very friendly and smiling, and the rooms are very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend it. It is a very good hotel for its price. Its location is close to everywhere. I would like to thank all the employees there, especially Ms. Selma at the reception.

The room was spacious. It had a kettle, tea and coffee. There was a fridge also and Teo bottles of water. All basic amenities.
Selma was very helpful and nice.
We’d definitely stay again in this hotel.

The room was spacious with all basic amenities: slippers, free water, a kettle, tea and coffee. There was a fridge also. Selma was very helpful Breakfast was good Our stay was very pleasant and exceeded our expectations I don’t think we’d choose another hotel for our future stays in Ankara.

Very good place to stay. Hotel is super new. Stuff are super friendly and ready to help. A lot of restaurants and shops located nearby. Totally recommend 👍🏻
