Everything went well until when I checked out. The front desk handed me the car key and said I could directly drove my car out from the parking lot - and I don’t need to pay since I stayed in the hotel. Yet at the car park, there were two guys pulling the door of my car, trying to stop me and charge me for parking. Their arguments were that this is a private car park and not affiliated with the hotel at all.
The argument went on for 15 minutes and I finally paid 150 TL so I could get out of there on time. I was almost late for returning my car - which would incur a €80 penalties.
Sort out your own duties first rather than having customers pay.

Really bad experience this is the second time im booking from ******* and having bad experience the hotel was dirty and very insecure location we were really scared the whole night it is in ******** peoples place.

The rooms were little smelly and the bathroom had a mold smell. Even though they clean it everyday but still it was dusty. And smell of cigarettes but the veiw was okay not bad

it wasn't like that i expected. Dampness on the walls, old air conditioners, old carpets, hair residue in the bathroom. The receptionist who came on the second day was rude. The location and breakfast were good.

We stayed with my friend one night. We liked it a lot. Rooms and toilets are clean. I gave it 4 stars for the room, because I feel the cigarette smell. Probably neighbours were smoking. I don't know. The breakfast was tasty 😋 thank you

I stayed 4 nights at this Hotel.
Compared to its price, it provides a good quality of service, breakfast, and hospitality.
The only thing that worried me a bit was the door of the room. You can lock it from
Inside but I wish there were another lock separate from key to lock from inside for more security. Additionally, I could hear everyone talking outside my room as the sound was easily permitted into the room.

Amazing location, its centre of ankara, extra ordinary breakfast, nice big rooms, neat and clean. I stayed for one night but its really a good place. there isn’t much of Parking outside, but staff will manage everything for you and will park your car accordingly.

Clean, comfortable rooms of 3 star standard. Good Turkish style breakfast (latecomers note that items are not all replenished). Situated in a commercial area, with many textile wholesalers, not very touristy.
About 15 minute walk to nearest Metro (Ulus), quite steep hills! 25 minute walk to Ankara Castle - very steep hills!
