Very kind and helpful staff, clean room and building, delicious breakfast with many options, reliable internet, etc.

On August 15th and 16th 2025, I stayed at this hotel. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly, positive, and very attentive. Breakfast was simple but of satisfying quality.

I needed to store some food in my room fridge, but it was completely turned off. When I asked the reception about this, they explained that all fridges in the rooms were off and kindly offered to keep my food in a working fridge at the lobby. It was 1 a.m., and I needed to study for my exam the next day. When I asked them to turn on the lights in the lobby, they immediately agreed and were very helpful and hospitable. I really appreciated their approach.

If I visit Ankara again, I would definitely stay at this hotel.

The location was good,the room was spacious

Cons: The lighting was a bit gloomy and the rooms were not soundproof at all.

Reikartz 2017 is conveniently placed close to the main shops and public transport. My room was nice enough with a modern bathroom. Tea and coffee available 24/7 in reception. Breakfast acceptable with reasonable choice. Unfortunately no Wi-Fi existed on the ground or second floor during my stay which prevented me booking next night accommodation in Istanbul. Reception said ‘technical issues’.

Dinner - a disaster - there was no food for everyone. Only one hot dish. The staff did not add anything. No typical children's dish. In addition, only salad, bread. It's good that there was soup.
Internet only from the first logged-in network. No kettle in the room.
Breakfast was good.
Small room, warm in the room (in winter), hot water in the shower, does not spill into the bathroom.

The rooms are small but cosy and clean. The breakfast is very good with lots of hot and cold items, with Turkish and European dishes. The location is good to stay if you are for the business purpose the hotel will suites you.
Better to make the reservation from the official website , they give better prices there.
As advantage their colleagues could speak English at the reception.
