Alfin Hotel Ankara in Ankara

The hotel is very close to Kizlay central and room condition also good compared other hotel
But my own struggle was its air-conditioning
When I turned on it, smoke smells came out 🥲🥲(I'm not a smoker..)

The other one is quite old lift system(European style)

The rooms are ok. A little bit small. Sheets are not comfortable. The closet is really small, no place where to put clothes. The A/C unit is blowing on my face and not really cold air. The view is bad. The bathroom is ok, but I can hear a very loud noise when someone else flush their toilet. The door of the room is so hard to close when I leave. The breakfast is ok, not much stuff though.
Every morning the cleaning staff is sitting outside my room and watching tik tok videos, which is not helping my sleep, like an alarm clock.
When I sit outside in the bar area never anyone approached to take my order.

Suggestions: put some music during breakfast, it's dead silence there, put some paper towels in the room, put the wifi password on the rooms so I don't have to ask reception, get softer beds and sheets.
