My friend checked in and he informed them that he lost his passport and he is very upset with the guest service huseiyn he was not helpful at all and i came in the morning to be with him and he refused to unpack with my friend and no one spoke English. Even though the check is at 12.

My friend informed the guest service agent that he has left his 2nd passport back in london. Meaning he expressed that he was stressed out during the check in time. Not saying that the hotel is reliable for such a thing. However, as a customer service agent your job should be to provide sympathy or make sure that the customer feels comfortable in his check in time. During his check in time he did mention that he is expecting another person to join due to this situation and nothing was mentioned to him by huseyin the guest service agent that he could add another person to the reservation with an extra fee of 520 turkish lira and he didn’t provide a solution at all he just rudely shut us down and stated not allowed which caused me the extra person and him to sit in the breakfast area and pay 1500 lira for breakfast which was completely awful and old to sit there and distressed at 7am and when the shift was changed around 10 am we went back and explained the situation to the lady guest service agent she offered a solution so easily and stated that if we paid a fee it would be resolved. Huseyn was very rude and very passive and didn’t make anything easy for us as we were both stressed. This is a lack of your poor management and hospitality. I believe that there was a hint of racism there.
