AC broken. Room heated up and no option to reduce the temperature. When I called the reception they told me to keep the window open. Horrible experience at Point Hotel Ankara. Bad service. Broken AC blower.

Beautiful room. But air-conditioning was broken and room smelled like cigarettes. Beautiful rooftop and very good breakfast!

Rooms are nice, clean, comfortable. Service is excellent, food is delicious. Good location. There are bars and malls within 10-15 mins from the hotel. Highly recommended

I recently stayed at the Point Hotel and it was truly a remarkable experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the amenities were top-notch, the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and a good quality stay.

An intelligent and smart service. Great view, own comfortable parking. Rooms are very good enough- everything for a pleasant time in Ankara. Recommend!
