The worst stay of my life.

I stayed 4 nights in the top-floor suite, the most expensive room, but it was a nightmare.
Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the fabrics and sewage odor in the bathroom. The jacuzzi was broken and fixed only on the third day, after dozens of calls.
The thermostat didn’t work, the room stayed at 27°C, impossible to sleep. I called 15 times, they sent 6 or 7 technicians, none of whom spoke English, and no one solved anything. Only on the third day did they finally change my room, where the air conditioning worked.

The room was booked for three people but prepared for two. The extra bed was just a thin mattress placed on a wooden board, unacceptable for a 5-star hotel, not even in a hostel.
Cleaning was poor: dusty floor, dirty cups left, stains on the table, and an empty toilet paper roll never replaced.
The balcony was full of pigeon droppings, and throughout the stay they kept leaving only two bathrobes despite our complaints.
The staff barely speak English, making everything frustrating.

The only positive note: breakfast, good and varied.
Everything else was far from 5-star level, constant issues, poor hygiene, and zero customer care.
Never again.

I only stayed one night. The room was good, windows were able to prevent noise entering the room. Clean and tidy. The staff was friendly. I really liked the breakfast.

The annoying and uncomfortable experience was the bad smell coming out of the bathroom’s sink. It was not so bad but still disturbing. Since it was not so bad and i had to meet with friends this evening, i did not bother to inform this to the hotel management. However before I leave, an hotel employee responsible for customer relations asker me about my stay. Then i communicated this issue. She was very kind. She even offered some a take-away lunch for my flight. Nice gesture however i was very disappointed that it only contained some dry cookies, no good for lunch..I expected better.

Overall, nice and safe hotel but it seems expensive to me considering what it offers.
