Nothing as promised, I am very disappointed
Air-conditioning is almost non-existent, customer service very bad, very bad English skills. Wifi not working and no interest to fix or compensate. We complained about the AC and they asked us to wait in the room, until they fix us a new one. Nobody came, after two calls to the reception, nothing. Third time there was different staff and they gave us a new room right away. AC was there also very bad, like from the 1970's? Nice to wake up all sweaty..
Only consierge was nice and breakfast the only thing that was as promised.

Hotel cleanliness, location, breakfast variety and ***et are at a sufficient level. However, the night receptionist is mediocre, nothing is asked, he just brushes it off, does not help. He did not provide what was written on the reservation.

Daphne Hotel is located on the edge of Ankara, with good traffic and no traffic jams. There are large supermarkets and some delicious food nearby. The hotel also provides breakfast. It is convenient to leave Ankara the next day if you only stay for one night!

BEWARE, dirty hotel and not well maintained. This place is not sanitary or safe to stay at. Pubic hairs on mattress, dirt and grime everywhere. Everything is broken or old. I paid for four nights and only stayed one, they took my money and would not refund me. They are crooks. Stay away, terrible hotel!

It was disappointing that there was no service for Turkish coffee upon arrival at night.

After arriving, my friend and I left our bags in the room and went shopping at the mall near the hotel. We returned late at night and went to sleep. The next morning, after breakfast, I couldn't find my laptop in my backpack. I spoke to the receptionist, the manager, and the police, but my laptop was nowhere to be found.

This is an average hotel in the central area of ankara. The rooms are quiet and cosy but not that big in area. Rooms are clean and convenient. Staff are friendly.
If you have a business vacation this is an acceptable place.

This hotel was booked by the travel agency due to a group travel through Turkey. Myself wouldn’t have booked this hotel. It’s far out the city. If you want to go for sightseeing you need to take a cab. The room is alright but no airconditioning and the breakfast is poor.
