Great location. Great location near Kizilay and public transport. Very quiet. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was basic but quite adequate. The room was lovely and cosy and warm during the winter cold outside.

My room was big and had a bath, and it was always lovely and warm. My only complaint was that I stayed eight nights, and my room was never serviced (cleaned), so I had to use the same towel during my whole stay

The hotel location is almost perfect very close to city centre, 5 min walk from city centre. The room was super clean and spacious and beautifully designed

The staff were very professional , genuine, friendly and very helpful for every demand that we had

Mr Mohammed was very helpful man I am grateful for his hospitality what a wonderful man

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Mr Koray was very helpful and kind. It was worth the price

We had a good time at this hotel. The spa was closed they are under renovation. The breakfast was decent. The staff was awesome. Had a small but cozy room.

Fine hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are small but clean and good for one night. Plenty restaurants in the area.

Located on a hill near Ankara castle we had the castle view, it was stunning and room was big. Mehmet, Ahmed and all the other guys working there was exceptional. Extremely friendly, welcoming and the hotel was beautiful

We felt so welcomed to this hotel, the staff are very friendly and the rooms are immaculate. Our food was always top-quality and absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend anyone travelling to Ankara to stay here.

The building is historic and elegant and our room was very comfortable. The staff were exceptional, and Emre was particularly kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good , and has lovely views as well

The room was tidy, great amenities and clean. There was an engagement party happening in the hotel which was random, fun and exciting as I enjoyed their music and watching people dance

The hotel is well located, has parking, and the breakfast is good, but it was very hot in the room. The advertisement said it had a spa and pool, but they were all closed. They should change that information.

I always come to BGH every visit to turkey. The staff are great and friendly, fantastic hotel to stay at. The breakfast buffet is abundant with choices, fresh çay ❤️, very clean and central to everything

The interest and attention was good.

The hotel looked nice, but the room lacked many essentials; there wasn't even a toothbrush cup, let alone toothpaste and a toothbrush

The front desk said we could ask them for some, but the staff there didn't speak English well, and their Mandarin wasn't fluent either, so communication was impossible. I think Chinese people shouldn't stay here

The other staff don't speak english but still they were so helpful and went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Room cleaning service was also available. The location is very close to the market place

It is a nice hotel for the price. The staff are kind and helpful. They gave us breakfast when we arrived early in the morning and generally tried their best to be accommodating despite language barrier

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Taç Hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff was amazing. The reception lady (couldn't remember her name)is super sweet and amazing. She can speak and understand english quite well

We requested a very nice double room, it had two double beds, and everything was clean. The TV had clear channels, the room was spacious, and I was very comfortable

We came with my wife and child, and the price was also very good; the hotel next door quoted us 800 TL more. We were also greeted very warmly, thank you 🙏🏻👍

Hotel nearby airport bus stop This hotel location nearby Ankara air bus stop, many Cafe and restaurants nearby too. They allow us to keep our luggage since our flight in the evening

Location is quiet and safe yet within easy walking distance of lots of great restaurants and pubs. Breakfast is basic but wholesome and eating it on the patio by the pool an ideal start to the day

No Cereal, omleat, and the options are pretty tight there are no juices just water tea and coffee which is ok but not kid friendly the air conditioner is bad and broken the coffee maker is just a cettle and they didn't even include coffee the View was bad abd room smelled a bit like cigarette other than that its fine with a Beautiful garden and pool ok experience but there is better for the price

Four nights for business trip Really nice to stay in a Turkish hotel rather than a "bog standard" chain. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the drive to the airport at the end was a fair price and when I needed it

Spotted on a very busy and famous street. They got a parking lot but for only small cars. (I mean biggest vans can not enter) Their area are hard for free parking but it's a luck

Not the best experience. Lights in the room were bad and most not working, Kettle was broken and even the chair was not usable. There was a constant cigarette smell.

We are going to get massages from almost all the neighbors, gym, baths, swimming pool, at least once a week. They put us in touch with both humble and very experienced employees

We regularly come to Ankara with our family, and since we arrived late at night, we couldn't find a room at our contracted hotel. We called the Century Park Hotel, which we found on Google, at 1:00 AM

The hotel's cleanliness, comfort, etc. are all average in terms of price and quality, but thanks to the attentiveness and smiling faces of the staff, thanks to the staff and the administrator.

His hospitality and support made my stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel, and I especially recommend meeting Ali Abi. And don’t forget to ask for tea — just say that Javid promised us tea from his hands

Decent, clean and very courteous staff

We requested a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of cigarette smoke and there were burn holes in the sheets. Other than that, the cleanliness was good. I liked the breakfasts, the ingredients were chosen carefully

In the afternoon the party is very loud, at late night the football players are screaming and shouting The service is not quite speed, you should call the servers many times

The towels didn't look very clean either. The location is very good, in a central spot

The location is beautiful and very clean. Mr. Tolga and all the staff working are smiling, polite and meticulously doing their job. Those who come to Ankara can choose without hesitation. Number 10 is 5 stars.

Nice accommodation We asked for a quiet room before our long haul flight. They helped us and upgraded our room without a fee. Professional athletes prefer the hotel so the breakfast is nutritious and healthy

I really don't understand the bad reviews, they probably didn't come. It has a hall that sees the volleyball court, which I saw for the first time, very interesting and very beautiful

The hotel is very clean and very neat. There is a lodge that overlooks the volleyball court. It is 5 minutes walking distance to Gazi medicine. I would recommend it to everyone

I am writing from the hotel now. This place is clean and beautiful enough to make a difference to most 5 star hotels, and Mr. Toşga at the reception is very interested

Last week, I spent 3 nights in this hotel and everything was perfect ! The room was large, perfectly clean with many amenities

The rooms on the third floor were smoker rooms. There was a foul smell and it was too hot. Thankfully after our complaint they changed our room to first floor the next day

Breakfast was great though, you can ask for anything and they'll just provide it for you. Especially Ercan Bey was very helpful, big up to him

Perfect Turkish Breakfast to start my very long days. I also had room service on one of my days there and that was very good too. I did not get to explore what was around the hotel but my daughter's best friend did

The extra bed in our room was not very comfortable but after asking for a second mattress it was quite ok

He enjoyed taking walks in the neighborhood ( we had really nice weather) taking pictures and the close by businesses. I felt very taken care of at Hotel Excellence Inn being my first time in Ankara

Professional, kind-hearted personnel, with all facilities which I required. Turkish hospitality at the top. It is very near to city buzz with all access to restaurants etc

Hotel staff were very nice. Bidet in the bathroom was broken. Power loss at times. But overall good for the money spent

Furniture in the room is little bit old. But room was clean (most important for me). Also, check in time is 1pm which is rare for hotels in big cities. Hotel spa is clean, good ambience and massage was amazing

Breakfast, water, tea and coffee are always free and there are also fruits and many more free treats! Also, very nice, friendly and helpful staff to top everything off

Price & performance on expected level. Only parking is a little bit difficult. But give them the car keys and they organize it for you easily.

Big room for 2 star hotel, clean, service was great. But food for breakfast was poor. And location was ok.

Well, very nice hotel with big rooms, clean, personel are very kind and helpful, breakfast very poor, and the big issue is the night clubs and pubs around the hotel, sleeping good at night will be a challenge especially with all the noise, music, people out screaming and swearing and around 5am when they are leaving, honking car horns !!!

We enjoyed the quiet area, sitting outside in the evenings, early afternoon and early evening walks. We will stay here again, when we go back

It was good, nice location, and suitable prices. However, it lacks enough car parks.

Near from a lot of restaurants and 8 minutes away from Kızılay Shopping Center .. but not suitable for families .. no laundry .. no boiler in rooms .. but still good place .. only breakfast option
