Very professional receptionist.
Very nice staff.
They were always very helpful.

Yet the rooms smell very badly.
Sanitary wise I do not approve.
Dirty dishes.
I stayed there for 7 nights.
Laundry is close (350 Tl for 7 kilograms), you can find much cheaper deals in the north of the city.
If they can do sth about the old sheet smell and the toilet smell, it’s an ok hotel. The smell is quite powerful. I slept on my clothes so that my hair and body would not take that smell. Then I washed those clothes.

Stayed here for 3 days. No house keeper at all! A bit dirty and the rooms are so small. Offering breakfast is an advantage these days but the breakfast was below average. I thought I would see some cereal, milk or anything suitable for kids for my baby but nothing was there.
However, the guy in the reception was so nice and helpful. He speaks broken English but you get what you want.
Overall: 3/5 experience.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Mr Koray was very helpful and kind. It was worth the price

The hotel location is almost perfect very close to city centre, 5 min walk from city centre. The room was super clean and spacious and beautifully designed. The breakfast was great. The staff were very professional , genuine, friendly and very helpful for every demand that we had.

Stayed here one night each time over the years, overall outdated but has a style. Clean, good mattresses. Smells smoke sometimes. Nice location, pricewise one of the best in this range, one or two nights ok.
