I would like to thank the entire team that contributed to the maintenance of my home, which I come to at least 10 days a month, wonderful people, staff, very friendly breakfast, legendary housekeeping, it is in the heart of another Ankara, in an ideal location from where you can easily get anywhere

This is a hotel we've stayed at for a long time, both for business and leisure. It's truly difficult to find a hotel of this caliber these days. I'd also like to thank the entire staff and management for their dedicated service. I'd also like to thank our hotel manager, Ali Bey; our front desk administrator, Ali and Mahmut Beys, Bellboy Savaş; and the Muharrem gentlemen for their interest and care. Classic and complete facilities

The hotel sign is clearly visible. All staff are full of service mind but they almost can’t speak English !!

Good location ,Easy to access downtown , near train station
You can walk to many sightseeing

My room is facing the road and so noisy in the night
Staff help me to change to more quiet room

Certain words to describe the so called stay (booked for five nights and not even stayed a single night). WORST, FELT CHEATED, ROOMS NOT IN A HABITABLE CONDITION. No responsibility to remedy the concerns.
Made two separate bookings. The first booking was not even traceable by the hotel and it took them almost 3 hours to work over it. Thereafter, they informed that the booking cannot be located and hence we paid cash for the room. The moment we entered the room, the experience was bad. AC not working, beds in a bad condition. We took our money back and booked another hotel. For the remaining 4 nights, we were told by the reception that everything Will be fine for the remaining nights.

In the next day, when we checked in, the position was the same and they put a fan in the room as the AC was not working. We left and never came back.

If sometime wants to waste their money, then this is the place. If someone wants to spoil their holiday then this is the place.

Worst, worst and worst to the core.

The staff were supposed to know English but they absolutely did not. Their water smelled very very bad, the electricity was on and off like five times and only one receptionist was nice, the others were extremely rude. The location is nice however hotel staff should at least know English if they say they KNOW English.

The hotel is clean and smells good, and it’s about a 6-minute walk from the metro, which is convenient. Breakfast was nice but got repetitive. I had to ask for the AC to be turned on, which was a bit of a hassle. Also, the mosque and gym were closed even though I thought they had them. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay but could be better.

The hotel looked nice, but the room lacked many essentials; there wasn't even a toothbrush cup, let alone toothpaste and a toothbrush. The front desk said we could ask them for some, but the staff there didn't speak English well, and their Mandarin wasn't fluent either, so communication was impossible. I think Chinese people shouldn't stay here.
