Great location and a large room. It's warm, with dark curtains. However, the room is quite dirty: the towels are stained and torn, and the white bedding is pilled. These items would be nice to replace. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is easy to find, and there’s staff available to help with parking.
The service is excellent — friendly, helpful, and always ready to recommend local places.
There’s a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, which seems quite common here.
The room heating works well, and the bathroom is well-separated.
The elevator inside the hotel is cute but small — it fits about two people at a time.

Overall, it’s a hotel I would recommend, as long as you’re not traveling with young children or sensitive to cigarette smoke.

We decided to book this hotel because they said there is parking available, and we wanted to have breakfast at the hotel.

The parking is not part of the hotel, it is a 10 minute walk away and we weren’t able to find it. We ended up parking on the street for the night.

And the hotel breakfast options are very few and limited. We were rather disappointed.

The room is old but spacious. The AC unit we requested was old and working as a fan despite being on the lowest temperature.

Overall, for a one night stay it does the job. It was clean and comfy.

The location is good, the hotel is generally okay, and the price is reasonable. The bathroom in the room I stayed in didn't have a door. When I told them, they said they put me in that room because I was staying alone!!

Absolutely worst experience. I booked a room for two for 1600t from obiletl. On the website it mentioned that rooms are air conditioned, but the room they gave us was not. Upon inquiry, the staff said us that all the rooms with ac are full and this is only what we can have. On arguing, the staff agreed to give a fan but that was it. The staff didn't provided any fan for the day nor for the night. I would rather pay more than 2000tl to stay at a better place than this. The one star rating is only because I asked the staff to let me checkout an hour later to which they agreed to.
