I had a very comfortable, hassle-free stay at the Merlot Hotel. It is very conveniently situated for the Cassaba complex, which is full of bars and restaurants. The hotel staff were very helpful when I needed to extend my stay, and even allowed me a late check out.
It was my first time staying at the Merlot but it will not be my last!
Very good hotel at overall good check in program excellent comfort for prime.
I stayed at the Merlot for a week; it was my introduction to being a tourist in Turkey and overall a great experience! My room was exceptionally clean and the front desk staff personnel were excellent.
My only complaints are minor:
There was no way to control the heat in my room and many times it got too warm.
The bathroom continually projected an odor of backed up sewage. Not sure if the plumbing needs flushing?
Cons: nothing noticeable for a one night stay
