Made a last-minute reservation to rest and recover from a late-night wedding nearby. The room is lovely, clean, modern, and the beds are very comfy, with two types of pillows.
Staff are helpful, but not intrusive. Hotel is nice and quiet. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in Turkiye- I like the selections and that chef is not afraid to put flavor in the food. Iram was welcoming and helpful, as well.
The spa is wonderful! Though I speak only a little Turkish, the spa receptionist was able to give me a tour and explain everything. The thermal water is incredibly relaxing and restorative, and the pool is HANDICAPPED accessible, as is the rest of the hotel!

Really a pleasant and relaxing Hotel, beautifull SPA and services related. An amazing staying with italian food accademy evenings at top level!

I stayed at Questa Thermal & Spa Hotel in Eskişehir and had a very nice experience. The staff are especially kind and helpful, which made the stay even better. The hotel itself is comfortable and a good choice if you are planning to stay in Eskişehir. I would recommend it.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and a great thermal pool. THAT IS ALL WE NEED! The only problem is location of the hotel which is approximately 20 min far from city center. If you have a car, that is not a big problem. Otherwise you should use public transportation or Taxi.
In my idea it is worth staying in this hotel.

Mükemmel ev sahipliğiniz için müteşekkiriz
2 gün gerçekten, çok güzel geçti, hem otel imkanları hem kahvaltı, hem odamız gerçekten çok güzeldi. Otelin havuzu hamamı, saunası gayet temizdi, personel in ilgi ve alakaları mükkemel ötesiydi. Tekrar tekrar gelebiliriz. Herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz. İyi bayramlar dilerim.

The rooms had air circulation systems that mostly worked, but it was more comfortable with the windows open. It would be nice if the windows had screens so that the air would be slightly hindered from blowing in too strongly. 😬
The service was amazing - the staff was very kind and helpful for us.
The location is fairly good for walking to things nearby except for other places to eat. My stomach had a little trouble with the food that was cooked in oil, but the fresh fruit at the restaurant was nice, and the food all tasted delicious.

Questa gerçekten beş yıldızlı bir otel kalitesini hissettiren bir tesis, bence bu açıdan Eskişehir'de rakipsiz. Fiyatları imkanlara göre çok uygun. Her tatilimizde keyif alıyoruz. Islak alanları özellikle termal havuz çok güzel, yeterli. Sadece Aslanbaş denen devirdaim musluğu oldukça paslanmışz bence yenilenmeli. Kahvaltı hem çeşit hem lezzet olarak oldukça iyiydi. Şehre biraz uzak olması haricinde muazzam bir otel.

Odalar ferah ,yuksek tavanlı ve yenılenmıs, ama yan odanın sesı cok duyuluyor belkı yalıtım eksık belkı de konaklayanlardan kaynaklı. Elektrıklı aracı olanlar ıcın ıse mukemmel dıyebılırım otoparkta 4 soketlı dc hızlı şarj ımkanı var sadece gaz tenekelerı park ıcın kullanıyorlar
